The people at this store were very helpful and welcoming, helping my family pick button-ups and dresses. The worker that helped us was extremely friendly and supportive of my mom’s dress choice, giving compliments. Besides the workers, it’s a very clean store, and the store smells amazing! I would definitely go again!

I usually visit Tommy Bahama at the Jupiter location but I went to the Square in Rosemary Ave and when I saw the store I decided to check it out fast and leave, well after I was assisted by Irina I think this will be the location that I will be visiting from now on. I feel comfortable been given the personal assistance by this nice and professional lady.I had the pleasure to meet the Manager as well, very nice team!

I love Tommy Bahama clothing, I always buy for me, my husband and also to give as a gift to frinos. Last week for the first time I went to the one at the Square in West Palm Beach, I just entered by curiosity, didn't have any plans to shop that day. I usually go to the one in Jupiter and most of the time I eat and have delicious cocktails there, but I am very happy that I visited that one this time, I was assisted by Irina, what a pleasant visit it turned out to be, she was so nice, profesIonal and guided me to get the perfect items. I had the pleasure to meet the manager as well, what a nice team, I will comeback in the near future for sure.

My husband and I are regulars @ Tommy Bahamas! The staff is always so friendly and helpful to us. We love the whole vibe of the store, but most importantly, we always look forward to what’s new in the store. The clothes are so fun and of great quality.

The Square was the third Tommy Bahama franchise I called in search of a dress that was selling out fast. Brianna provided exceptional customer service - locating another store that had the dress in my size, transacting the sale over the phone, and arranging to have the dress shipped to my home. She was fabulous!

Everything time I shop at Tommy Bahama in Rosemary Square, I enjoy the experience because the warm and kind staff never disappoint,This time it was Daniella who is relatively new to the staff . iIt is obvious that she had good training in addition to her being summa c** helpful , ,gracious and polite.She knew the stock and ,was very efficient…..simply put ,a welcoming atmosphere!

I was out of town and needed to use a gift card before it expired. I called the store so I could use my gift card and pick up the merchandise when I got home. The salesperson, Brianna and manager Daniella, were very helpful and professional without being solicitous. The store is always neat and the customer service is excellent.
