This is a medium size outlet that has some great inventory for men, women and kid’s apparel. The store is very organized, clean and easy to navigate. I loved the men’s collection they had. Bought a slim fit shirt. Liked some of their jackets and t-shirts. Also found some good clothing in kids section for our daughter. Items have excellent discounts, up to 70% on some. We received additional 20% discount received via TH’s marketing email. The associate at the register was very helpful, explained us which coupons were better to use to maximize our savings. We also received a 10% discount coupon at Calvin Klein for our purchase at the TH store. It was a pleasant shopping experience here.

I've been a loyal customer of TH for years. For my fashion needs this s my to go place. During this holiday season I had a pretty uncomfortable experience. I know holiday season is busy, everybody is in a hurry.I picked a sweater and tried to fit on it and was too large. So I tried to leave it on the rack near the fit on room where everybody leave their clothing items if they don't fit.There was an associate who was folding clothing items there and yelled at me saying "Take it back". I was like stunned and said excuse me? He again yelled "Take it back". I was like okay!But if he wanted me to take it back he should have asked in politely. Rather than yelling. This is not how customer service work. Very disappointed!

Nice clothes especially for men. Shirts of all kinds, t-shirts, pants, sweaters, etc. Thin and pretty blouses, coats, chumbas, sashes. Very nice children's clothing. There are offers depending on the occasion. I recommend it.

Spanish lady at the cash register was extremely unprofessional. She attended two of what appeared to be family or friends for over 10 minutes as she held the line up. I politely asked if she could speed up the process instead of sending emails to her peers in order for more discounts. She responded disrespectfully and stated that they were their first and I had to wait my turn. I think it’s great that you’re sending coupons wanting to save money to your friends: prepare next time and don’t have other customers who are ready to pay held up on your time.

Extremely rude and racist employees unprofessional and overall bad customer service literally every employee I have talked too that has worked at this specific Tommy Hilfiger has either experienced racism or seen racism being done they need to get it together
