I got serviced by Logan service was 10/10 he did everything literally to perfection cleaned up my cuticals oiled them and just made sure I was satisfied from start to finish thanks so much I will be back

Megan is the best! Always so patient with my indecision in designs, and so thorough in her work! If I ever have an issue afterward or change my mind, she’s quick to get me in to fix it.

Usually I come here and get Logan or his sister and they both do really good today I had some female name Emily and she did a horrible job on my full set and my toes she disnt take her time or ask me what shape I wanted she just did a shape by the time I realized I was so annoyed and ready to go she does the bare minimum my full set my nails aren’t even and she did a sloppy job I will not be returning

If I could give them no stars I would! This is the worst nail salon in West Palm Beach! There customer service is garbage, the only kind person in there is Liu! This place needs to be evaluated bu the city.

This place is a disgrace!
I went in followed all of the procedure they have in place for Covid-19. I asked the satanic man who was next in line to do nails “do you happen to have epson salt?” This man went on a rampage and started screaming at me “I don’t care you get candle or no we don’t have” I told him “sir we are having some miscommunication and I think it would be best to get someone else” he than went on “I DONT CARE I DONT CARE” so loud that the supervisor came over and asked what happened.
The supervisor or whoever the young lady was did not have a grip on her employee and this man was still screaming while walking away. She did not apologize or try to save face as if being scream at by a total stranger is the norm here. With everything going you’d think people would be more kind since you’re giving them business but they seem like yelling at customers are their normal. -10 out of 10; would not recommend

I love coming here. ❤️ I love the shape it’s spot on. And I love how my nails ? don’t be popping off. I do everything here wax & tint, lashes, and full set to pedi. Will continue to come been a loyal customer for 4 years now. All tech are very excellent can go with anyone.
