I really wish I could give zero Stars because they really are scamming at this location. They have a menu at the front that has loose prices and then by the time you're done you're paying hundreds of dollars for subpar work. My daughter got a very basic medium set and they charged her $110 for basic nail art the nails are probably like 80 bucks at best they charged me $158 for my set which has basic designs and nail paint as well however my nails are pretty long but even still any other place I went to I would be paying maybe $90 for the set that I got when all said is done I walked out paying $320 with tip included for two full sets and two pedicures to me that's kind of ridiculous for the quality of work that came out and when I questioned it they tell me it's because of the length when I was there they look decent but once I got out of there and I was able to really examine my nails are so thick that they're heavy and they hurt. My daughter's nails turned out very cute but they're definitely not worth $110

Vivian gave my sister the best service, I recommend her, Logan, or Henry. She’s very nice & makes you feel comfortable. Also, she does some of the best work! On the other hand, Megan started my service but I did not feel comfortable with her because she wasn’t attentive to my needs and when I brought it up she gave off an attitude. Then I was switched to another tech which did a great job but she gave the tip I left for her to Megan which I believe was wrong especially if I am standing right in front of them. I don’t think a tech who wasn’t attentive to my needs should receive the tip.

I gave this place a couple of chances before finally giving up yesterday. The first 3 times they did a good job HOWEVER every single time with 3 different techs, I left with a nick on one of my toes. This last time, although she didnt cut me, the girl who did my pedicure did a terrible job. To make matters worse, the cuticle trimmer she used did not come out of a package she pulled it right out of her caddy which felt very unsanitary. Needless to say I will not be going back.

This place is really bad now. I used to come here alot. Today I was told they could not deal with me because I told them my nails were uneven. They refused to do service. She was doing a horrible job. Will never be back.Service: Manicure

Been here since I was 12. The customer service was great back then. Now 6 years later I came back the the customer service is horrible + the nails. My nails weren’t properly cleaned, the French was uneven and the worker that talked to me talked very poorly about the black people that went there to get their nails down. I understand there are some poor customers but to talk about a customer for doing little things such as playing with the massage chair and etc is non-sense. And there was an old Asian lady there that sat me down and turned on the water. She was so rude and hostile for no reason. She had no reason to be this rude. If you are black don’t come here!!!

I come here every now and then. Today I walked in and was skeptical of a new tech there, Laura. However, I was super pleased. She is professional, thorough, polite, knowledgeable and takes her time. I’m glad I gave her a chance and I wish her all the best with her new endeavor.

Logan, is hands down the best nail tech in the salon. He has a very high cliental. He is personal and he make sure you are satisfied with how beautiful your nails look before you leave! Thank you Logan for taking care of my nails.

I have been coming to this place since I was a teen, it used to be better but over the years it has gone down significantly. Subpar manicures and customer service. The last encounter I had really broke the mold for me when my fiance spent 100+ there for their services mind you I had to wait for an appointment I had because someone was in the chair. After we left we got a call saying the tech did not charge us for the waxing and we were asked if we could come back to pay for $6. The money isn't the issue but to do this to a long time customer especially one that doesn't live in the area anymore is ridiculous especially when the techs can't even do decent designs. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere.Services: Pedicure

I got my nails done 5 days ago (not even a week) for my birthday (in 2 weeks from now) and my nail already chipped off. I spent $85 just for poor quality nails. Would not recommend to be honest.Service: Acrylic nails
