I moved from NY to Florida over a year ago with a TON of stuff. I finally found the best place to rent storage units that was within my budget, clean, safe and well-run! Top Self is top notch! Eli helped me with everything! He answered all my questions and was so patient; finding me the right sized units right near each other to make it easier for me. He didn't try to upsell! The staff there is so friendly and extremely helpful, especially Gem, who of course, is a Gem herself! A true pleasure to work with.Location is great too!A huge thank you to Eli and Gem who make it very easy to do business with them!

Eli is amazing, customer service is outstanding. I was able to track down a lost relative's storage unit at this facility and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, secure and well looked after. I really appreciate everything Eli and the staff have done for me. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

The absolute worst storage facility I have ever dealt with and I’ve used many over the years through various moves in different states. I am Opening a business that’s in construction and had to receive some deliveries and they gave me a hard time. They told me in the beginning it would be okay if I came everyday to receive the packages (sure no problem) and then told me their district manager wasn’t happy and was going to refuse my deliveries and tried to kick me out to go elsewhere. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not use this awful business!!!! Terrible. Beyond words.

The facility is immaculately, clean and extremely easy to access with everything available that you would need dollies, etc. and covered parking so that if the weather is bad, you can still move things in an out without any issues. The staff in the office was always up for an extremely friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Best storage facility in town, friendly staff and very clean and affordable. I highly recommend this storage facility as I have had other storage facilities in town and they aren't anywhere near as nice and affordable as Top Self Storage is and again super friendly staff.
