My husband has been going to them for years and they always take very good care of us. My husband recently passed away and I had to take my husband's truck in for a tune up. The owner went out of his way to give his condolences and commented on how nice of a guy my husband was, and took care me. Not only do they always do excellent work, and great customer service...but sadly, it's rare these days to find genuinely good people that care. I will never forget that and I will continue to bring all my vehicles to them, as my husband would want. Thank you guys!

Had a blown tire and came to this location as it was the first one that came up on google. Went to the front and was advised that it was appointment based and they are not able to assist to put on the spare tire that I had or even offer me the opportunity to purchase a tire. I was not asking for a free service. Nothing on the site spoke about appointment based only but reading the other reviews this location seemed like a location to go to. Needles to say I went across the street to purchase a tire and fix the issue that was an emergency.

First, this review has been a long time coming. Our family (my husband and I and my now two adult children) has been bringing all of our cars, to Trail Tire for more than 10 years. That alone should tell you about their business. At Trail Tire everything is explained to you in detail and they’re very patient with any questions you have. I never worry about what’s left in my car whether it will still be there when I pick up my car. They kept my Malibu running for over 10 years. Tom the owner is extremely fair. He makes sure that he gets the best parts for his customer’s vehicles and the best price. I highly recommend Trail Tire for all your mechanical work needed.

Attempted to get an alignment done at this shop and was told by the owner that the tie rods were cross threaded, and they were not able to complete the alignment due to that. They then charged us $50.00 for a "diagnosis fee" which I would never have a problem with paying IF it was a correct diagnosis. We took our truck to Kemco Tire, where they did our alignment with no problem whatsoever for $79.00. My husband and I owned a shop for over 10 years and have been in the industry for much much longer. We knew that the tie rods weren't cross threaded because we did the installation ourselves. The next day I decided to call the shop and attempt to get our $50 back since they misdiagnosed our vehicle and wasted our time. I was told from the owner that because his guys are paid on commission basis and he took the time out of his day that's why we were charged. So, basically you are telling me because you can't handle a simple job you are still going to charge your customers for a false diagnosis? As a previous shop owner, I would have paid my guys out of pocket for the time spent on it and NEVER charged my customer.... Absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service and they quite frankly have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself some time and money.... find a different shop to take your vehicle to!!!

I had a tire pressure issue. I thought I needed to replace my tire or get it plugged. I went by and they immediately told me I did not need a new tire. They put air in the tires and put new wipers on my car in less than 30 minutes top-notch customer service if you need an honest person and a real opinion, I would definitely recommend these guys.

I had a few things fixed no problem not a bad price.The next day I notice my engine is making noises. I take it in. They say something is wrong with my breaks. Okay no problem. I pay again get back in my car immediately I hear the noise.I call the mechanic over and point the noise out to him. You know what he says? "That's the sound of the engine running."You gotta be kidding me? I've had this car for 5 years. That's the sound of the engine? No.But I'm fresh out 300$. After two weeks I take it to a part store up the street. The worker behind the counter says that my engine is over heating because of the AC. He turns off the AC and the noise immediately goes away. They set me up with a new part for way less then 300.Long story short: Yes, the work I went in for was done. They also missed a problem not once but twice. Then tried to tell me it was the engine. Not great.The guy behind the counter was nice though. 5 stars for him!

I did not like the customer service this dude with hoop ear rings approach me on bad vibe after me an another gentleman already discussed the business I had there he was upset because I was check with the gentlemen that was service my tire an he just came at me all wrong I hate I even pulled in to this shop first customer of the day paid before my service was even done an tip but dude was straight ass
