These people are idiots. The person picked up the phone, when I told him I wanted to drop off a trailer he hung up on me. Then when I called back, straight to voice mail. Recommend you go to another Uhaul office

Rude rude and rude! The guy that answered the phone had a strong indian accent I could barely understand him. He kept talking over me while I was aking questions and then he hung up on me! They won't get my business! I hope they don't get yours! Go to a polite uhaul dealer.
