The trailer that I had rented was not on the lot when I came to pick it up. Zero notification before I showed up. Zero help after the fact in helping me find a trailer at a near by U-Haul store.

Liars - customer service gives one story. The staff at location another. I wish another company rented moving equipment. Because my last three rentals. I have either been overcharged or had to drive to new location when vehicle was ready. when asked about $50 guarantee was told didn't qualify even though text on their websites was very clear

Hard to maneuver a 17' truck. Inside was sticky stuff in & around cup holders. What was the most upsetting at the time of picking up the Uhaul I showed them my $50 off Coupon. She said when I returned the truck they would apply it. Drop the truck off, guy says no charge. Funny my bank shows you charged me and NEVER honored the $50 off coupon. Uhaul - don't publish coupons if you are not going to honor them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to this place 2 times. I dealt with them all afternoon. Mind you they close at 12 a.m. when I first called the guy said just come whenever and pick a truck I have plenty and we are open until 12. So I got there like 1 hour later gave him my info he said he didn’t accept my card (visa) so I told him that there was no problem I could give a cash deposit (which I did multiple times when renting a uhaul it even says it on their website that you can pay cash) he only rudely said only card and went about his business completely ignoring me trying to talk to him. So then I went back around 9.45 plenty of trucks parked outside he said he had no trucks available and that he was closed. Again they close at 12 a.m. with a huge neon sign stating so. I went ahead and made a reservation for the truck I needed (which was available) for 30 minutes later. Went back inside with my confirmation number and my reservation he said he didn’t want to rent me a truck because people always steal his truck (which I find it very hard to believe since they have tracking devices) so now it’s 10.45 pm having to move by midnight and getting charged extra for staying an extra day at my old place and not being able to move. End of the story STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had a really great experience with this business. I received a call a few days before my pickup time, which was reserved through UHaul directly. I showed up and the process was quick and easy, truck was super clean. The yard was tight but an employee didn’t hesitate to help guide me out and to hook onto the trailer. I would recommend this location. I don’t understand what all the bad reviews are for because that just wasn’t my experience. A few of these people that left bad reviews should learn to type and spell basic English words before driving a commercial vehicle on public roads. Thank you to this location for the great and professional experience.

This company has more scams than scam likely calling your phone the gas is not pumping gas I was with my mom when this man gave us a dud uhal so basically because my mom called customer service on his disrespectful a.. he gives her something she could possibly get on a accident on brake lights on tire lights on my momma made that u turn under the i95 bridge so fast and she asked him for another truck he laughed and so no call customer service, mom called wpn herself they were no help the one who came looking like he was on steroids he was very rude he act like the store owner was his homie dam the fact my mom is being hustled for something she gave right back DO NOT RENT DNR DONT THEY JANKY HOPE THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS BECAUSE A MAN THAT RUDE NASTY IS DOING MORE JANKY BUSINESS HE GIVES SLL BUSINESS A BAD NAME UHAL NEEDS TO DISHONOR HIS CONTRACTS ITS GO MORE COMPLAINTS THAN SALES NEGATIVE ONE STAR.-⭐

DO NOT BOOK UHAUL THERE. Bad business.Had an emergency and needed to pick up a hauling trailer. The owner told me the trailer would be reserved and his worker had already “rented” both available trailers by the time I got here. I am 3 hours from my home needing a trailer and he decided to lie and turn off his phone instead of confronting the situation or helping me resolve the issue. The man who attended our phone call was south Asian with an accent.. and the worker a Latin guy. These people are not trustworthy.
