It’s difficult to come across good Customer Service in stores nowadays..but, I had the pleasure of coming across an employee by the name of Fina..(I believe she said Velasquez was her last name) she was so very attentive and helpful.. she went out of her way to assist me with whatever question or issue I had. She helped coordinate an outfit for me. She was such a sweetheart and very professional. I would not hesitate to visit the store again if you will have more employees like Fina working there. Keep up the good work and thanks again Fina V.

I went there today, and the lady at the desk is a complete Karen. As soon as we walked in, she had a nasty attitude and racist because my mom wore a hijab (head scarf). Told my mom to leave the store few times. We still went to the line to pay, and she asked if we could afford it. When I said she was being racist, she threatened to call security on us when we didn’t do anything. She was being disrespectful and so racist I can’t believe how Polo hires such employees like that. I hope they get better people to work there, this is really upsetting!

i went there around 1:30 pm today and the cashier was shouting at me saying do you need anyhelp there was 2 people in front of me i said no im just waiting on the line she was saying don’t give me any attitude don’t give me attitude i was shocked why she was doing this. she have no knowledge of customer service.

I went to US Polo at the Palm Beach Outlets on Black Friday and the only employee was Laura J. I could not believe that they only had one employee on a day like Black Friday but Laura was absolutely wonderful and patient. We had to wait in line for over an hour because she was the only worker. US Polo management really needs to step up their system because only having one worker is ridiculous. Laura J should be promoted because of how pleasing and respectful she was, even though she was the only worker.

I bought a pair of jeans as a birthday gift for somebody but noticed that the size I got was not going to fit the person who the gift was for. I went back to the store yesterday. Saturday August 26 to exchange it for something new, or the same thing what the right size this time the jeans I bought came to different colors originally. So when I went to exchange it, they said that they couldn’t take it back and couldn’t exchange it because of how it looked mind you I bought it and they had the same jeans on the shelf and said that I messed up the pants. Why sell stuff if we can’t return or exchange it. The pants came in two different colors. That’s how you guys sell it, so why would you guys think I messed it up they’re regular skinny jeans. I will not be going back. The light color on the right side of the jeans is the style of it that’s why I bought it.

My experience was horrible there the manager did not help her staff and gave me the dirtiest looks, the store look like it was ran by kids because the service was also really bad I hope they get it together soon because this is just sad
