I had a disappointing experience here. Several of the women, especially one with glasses (didn’t catch her name), were unwelcoming and had noticeable attitudes. They didn’t greet customers, and when you match their energy, it only seems to make things worse. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. Won’t visit again!

Can confidently say this was the most efficient and pleasurable experience I've had at a UPS Store in a long time. Val was able to take on my print job last minute since I was in a pinch and even stayed past close to finish it. Devony and Nida helped out with the print job as well and were incredibly friendly throughout my entire visit. I wish all UPS Stores had this same level of service and efficiency. Thanks, team! Till next time!

Staff works very quickly as it handles a busy location. We have never had a problem with any package sent/returned at this store. Staff is friendly, helpful & polite. I have also used them for notary services. After some issues at other locations this is the only store I will use.

May 7 , 2025 I sent a box of 24 x 24 to Portland, Oregon. It was books they charged me $52. I felt that seemed fair.
May 12 refilled another box to send to my daughter same address same size box I was charged $52 and I went ahead and bought another box because I knew I had one more to be filled
May 15 returned same size box still filled with more books going to the same address in Oregon. They quoted me $88 I said ma’am I was just here two or three days ago. It was in the $52 range. She said no prices went up. I said is there anyway you can check that she said no so right now I am leaving the United States post office, which was less than a mile and that box of books because there is a book rate came to $23.38. !
Shame on me and shame on them check prices folks when mailing things!!!
