The customer service rep Zarion is probably one of the BEST customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. Every single time I come to this location he is ALWAYS is a great mood & so helpful & patient! This guy deserves a promotion! I would hire him in a heartbeat if I could!!

Excellent service. The gentleman working was so patient and helpful, bringing out several sized boxes to see what would fit my oversized item. Boxed and taped everything up, was so friendly. Appreciate great young workers like “Z”!

Zerion at UPS is the best! He’s super helpful, friendly, and always goes out of his way to make things easy. Whether I’m dropping off packages or need help with a return, he’s on it right away and makes sure everything’s handled perfectly. You can tell he actually cares about helping people. definitely makes this location stand out.

Mykeisha at the front desk because of her outstanding customer service and genuine care for each time I’ve encountered her at UPS Store. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly, quickly, and with a warm attitude that makes the entire experience pleasant. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stand out — she not only makes sure the job gets done, but that it gets done right, and with a smile. Horrendous customer service!!! This is the second time I’ve walked into this establishment and was greeted with a bad attitude. The front desk clerk Henry may need to work in the warehouse until he gets an attitude adjustment. Treating customers horribly does not make your day go by faster Henry! Do not give this establishment your money or your energy. There is a reason why their star rating is in the dumps.

Friendly service counter. Not very busy and conveniently located in the Downtown West Palm Beach area. Assisted me with packing a painting but, shipping was not the best, took a bit to leave location.

Totally unacceptable work here. I came in and asked for exact shipping prices with item in hand to negotiate with a buyer. I come back 2 hours later to ship said items and now double the price. The person there showed no interest in helping me or could explain why the price jumped other than he calculated it incorrectly. I ate the price and I’m extremely unhappy with this.
