Came here for a few year but will not be returning. Customer service has declined and the owners get upset when you ask for anything specific. FYI THE OWNER BLOWS HER NOSE IN THE TOWEL SHE USES TO CLEAN HER BRUSH

I have been with Venus for at least 10 years. I have my specialist eyelashes doing with love my refills . They are good professionals and I wouldn't leave them ever . I think they are the best. Thank you Linda and Nicole !

This is a good salon. However they need to do better honoring appointment. The nail tech today handed me off to someone else to polish my toes. But the next customer that came in she gave them the full spa treatment and polish their toes.

Was waiting for my sister next door at tattoo shop and decided to get my toes done. Very happy i did. Nice couple. Small and quiet with great price. Did a great job on my gel pedi.

I went Monday morning early as I had an important interview at 12:30. The tech was kind and sweet. Pedicure:The polish I selected the Tech could not open but offered a similar color. The bottle was crusted with old polish around the cap. First bad sign. The tech used tools out of her drawer not sanitized. Second bad sign. The polish was thick and old. Third bad sign. My cuticles at my toe base are cut and have bled. My manicure was just as bad. Thick polish crusting the top of the bottle. No sterilized tools. I sat for 20+ minutes drying. The polish was so old 2.5 hours after my drying time the polish was still wet terrible manicure. Not recommending Venus Nail Spa.

Let me start positive by saying Nicole does nice brows and she sprays disinfect (well I hope it's the proper disinfectant she's spraying) on the styling chair after each client. So I decided to get a pedicure and I am very familiar with sanitation & disinfection rules... The person that did my pedicure had me on edge the whole time because she was grabbing implements out of an open draw. Those implements could not have possibly been sanitized and if they were, they had received cross contamination. She attempted to pick at loose skin or hang nail skin and all I thought about was receiving a injury with a dirty implement, so I kept moving to make her stop. I declined that heel scraper because I didn't want to think about where that was coming from. The nail file was frightening dirty also... Relaxing was not possible during this service due to having to watch everything to save myself. The massage was laughable and I had residue particles mixed in to my oil that was put on my skin. That may have come from the towel that my feet were placed on. I asked for a polish correction due to buckling and she didn't have a problem with that. Actually the nail tech was very friendly with her moist stained mask over her mouth that made me feel nauseous, especially when she coughed. I wished I had my mask and goggles. So I say all of this to say, the owner needs to stay consistent with sanitation & disinfection. She needs to have a meeting about it... Disposable bags in the sink are great but there is more to cleanliness or maybe I came at a bad time, which is no excuse. Get it together! At this time, I will only recommend Nicole for brows. Please supply mask for your staff and if you the (owner) won't tell them to change a dirty mask, have them read this review, because that was gross! Yuck! Best of Luck! Future reviews will tell me if the issues were rectified. You can be great!

I have been going to this salon for over 2 years. I usually get my nails done by Yuri, who does AMAZING work! Nicole, is phenomenal with eyebrows. However, I recently went to get my nails done and had 4 of my nails break in the course of 2 days. The staff did not refund me and charged me to fix the nails that had broken. The staff even BLAMED ME and questioned what I had done to cause the nails to break. The woman that did my nails (I believe her name was Annabelle) had done such a poor job that my nails were brittle and broken afterwards. As a honest and what I thought was valued customer, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I currently go to Krazy Nails and have been impressed with the results. I advise anyone who goes here to request Yuri or STAY AWAY. The customer service after 2 years of loyalty was so upsetting, disappointing and honestly appalling. I am not one to complain! I have never even written a Yelp review prior to this experience. Absolutely horrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.

I never do reviews, but this one was much needed. I booked my appointment in advance for a Gel Pedi/ mani and was quoted $45 by the owner in the salon. When I got back an hour later for my appointment. The owner had a gentleman an young lady working on me at the same time. Which killed the excitement of enjoying my pedi/mani. Did I mention the nail tech accepted a call. And was having a full blown conversation while standing and completing my manicure. Multitasking at its best. Lol Everything was rushed in by 1:26 and out by 2:05pm. My $45 quickly turned to $72 which end up turning into $92 with tip included. While driving I'm looking at my natural long nails and I can see them. Even with 2 coat of polish. Then I notice my toe nail polish is lifting as you can see in the video I posted. Gel polish does not come off that easily. While it does when you use OPI an say it get. Lol When I went back, the owner said that they will fix it. I needed a couple of coat of polish, the. Top coat again. My long nails were getting shorter and shorter from the filing. Couple of days go by and I'm rocking two band aids trying to keep the polish from coming off my middle and index finger. Today I drove back there and showed the owner and she peeled each polish off my finger. Wow does Gel polish come off that easy? Instead of taking account that this is their wrong doing. She said I probably didn't keep my names under the UV. That's a lie "OPI nail polish isn't GEL!! So she said I should try the DIP which I would never do again "unsanitary " they didn't wash my hand as had me dipping my hand In the container . I came in with my long nails that I grew out for my bday for 2 months. What a bummer...but that's not all. My pedicure is a mess and after fixing them twice and it's still bad. I decided I'll wear sneaker until my bday and go somewhere else. My nails are so ugly I can't believe they would charge to fix them. So a total of $112 including the tips is a big fat NO for me. The owner said she would see me In two weeks. She saw the problem and should've fixed it herself. That's what I would've done. Now I have to go somewhere to get this soak off. This lady before she left said I hope I don't have to come back again in 30 mins. I must say the owner is very sweet but you have to make sure every service is a valuable experience for everyone.
