Super Rude and unwilling to help, acted like I was a burden after waiting in a long line and didn’t want to help. I rather pay more money and visit UPS or fedex just to avoid coming to this place. Save yourself the frustration and go to any other post office but this one.

The passport clerk was very rude, he didn’t have well manners customer service, he should not be working with customers. Terrible experience. I won’t go there any more.

I love this place. The extended hours are very convenient. Most of the employees are friendly and patient. I also appreciate the old postal themed paintings in the lobby. Definitely my favorite post office in the area.

The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve missed three appointments trying to apply for my children’s passports. During the first two, I arrived within the allowed time, but due to a small mistake, they canceled both appointments immediately, saying they couldn’t wait—even though I was still within the 15-minute window per appointment. There was no empathy or flexibility at all.
For the third appointment, I simply received a message saying it was canceled. When I tried to speak with someone, the supervisor was rude and completely unprofessional—an extremely unpleasant person.
I do not recommend this office to anyone. If you can, go to a different location where they treat people with respect and value their time.

The worst. Go elsewhere for passport services. We showed up for a passport appointment that we made a month in advance, waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell us no one was there to help us today. They did not send any notice or cancellation.

I got a very kind employee. Regina, she explained why I needed to go through a 2 step process for my change of address was very accommodating and knowledgeable Regina got me taken care of in under 2 minutes. AC is broken I feel bad for the employees it felt like it was 90 degrees in the office. Line was indeed long but did move quickly.

Our package was sent back due to insufficient address but I went in to enquire which post office I should go to find out more information. The lady made me wait in line just to ask a question with 13 people I front or more..:: . I repeatedly asked her mam just a question to see where my package maybe I’m not doing business or sending anything. She refused to help again and her colleague encouraged her. Both rude and very unhelpful. It was the two ladies right at the last end of the tellers. The rude lady had large eyelashes and refused to help me. It’s crazy how America has changed .
We cannot even ask a question! Very disappointed at humanity and the post office!!!
