Whoever that blonde hair lady is with the fake nails is unprofessional. I asked if my package (a small 4x4x4) will be handled with envelopes small packages etc. (my fear is that the lose it) and she quickly with a huge sarcasm in her voice said: well you better hold on to your receipt!
Im obviously I’m not an expert or package handler so asking her would be somewhat of a professional help but seems like she doesnt care about providing customer service rather than collecting a check.

I feel bad for the lady that consistently shows up for work while the others are claiming illnesses and collecting government benefits. Check their Facebook accounts, and you'll see they are out shopping and getting manicures. The blonde lady should get promoted for putting up with this awfully run place. I'd fire all of them starting at the top!

It says it is open Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm, I came at 9am, it was closed 🤦🏽♀️ come on! I have 2 kids and dragging them out of the house to get stamps to send out documents to seeing that the gates down and doors locked is very frustrating.

Yea I get what all the comments about Maura are about. Stopped in and got in line and this lady was just giving me the meanest face and “uhm did you want something?” I literally thought she was kidding. I said I have a question and she and she just stared so I asked then she just said “no” and started typing then the only other customer in there clearly felt weird this lady was being so weirdly rude that she tried to help me to which I thanked her for her kindness. Got more help from a customer that felt bad Maura was being rude then from the employee. Weirdest experience walking in to a shipping store

I was very happy to see there was only one customer at the counter and was receiving her receipt when I walked in, because I was in a hurry on my lunch break. However, I stood and waited 10min because MAURA was talking about how much she hates her boss and how they are short staffed and takes a 60min lunch break and if there is a long line then she decides where to cut it off at, so she can go take her lunch break. She says she is the only one that works there and it pisses alot of people off but she doesn't care...... then a line started to form behind me cause she was still talking to the customer who had completed her transaction 10min ago......

09/25/24- first time i ever leave a review but its necessary, this lady who works there at the front desk Mare is the name in her nametag i see someone in the past made a complaint on her by the photo of the blonde lady, i just moved back to FL from KY i asked her to update my address she refused said i had to have an ID with a updated address which is a lie i’ve never had any issues updating an address before normally you just fill out the form and turn it in the bin but she asked for my id said that if i turned in the form she would throw it away i asked what i needed to do to get the address changed told me to go online which is also inaccurate thats why i went in person, i asked who i could speak to she said to go to Rivera Beach which too me seemed like a racial comment so i left without being able to update my address thus she is denying me access to my mail and withholding it which im pretty sure is illegal on a federal level so i will be filing a complaint online with US postal service website, Thanks. Regardless i turned in my form there i hope it makes it.

Maura who is one of the clerks at the front has a very sarcastic attitude. You can tell she does not want to be there and talks to customers in a very demeaning tone. I witnessed her interactions with 2 other customers ahead of me it was honestly sad to watch. Even had my own encounter with her, an overall negative attitude.

Never have I ever had a post office employee be so unprofessional. White petite lady with blond hair. Seems as she doesn’t like her job and by the looks of reviews, not her first time rubbing someone the wrong way. Never been there I walked in to tell her I needed to overnight , she just starts yelling I ain’t got the labels, so is it everywhere , her response I DONT KNOW , I ask about another post office she just mumbled something. It looks like trash inside anyways. These are the reasons things are changing and these people won’t have jobs for long . Went to the one on US1 & a 100% better experience. Avoid this post office if you want to avoid unnecessary encounters with this lady.
