The customer service is terrible. I came in here to pickup my frames and was left unattended for who knows how long. Not to mention last time I came in for my contacts they gave them away to someone who was not me. I came to pick them up and they told me they were already picked up. How do you give away my prescribed contacts to another customer? So I had to wait another two weeks for them to re-order my contacts and I was Not compensated in anyway. Thank God I wasn’t depending on those because I would have been walking around the blind if it was up to them. The only thing that was keeping me here was my doctor and she’s not here anymore, so do not come here.

Today was my first time at this Vision Works location with Dr. Renaye Quintyne, the service was outstanding she answered all my questions and concerns regarding my vision. The staff that work with the eye doctor were very welcoming and extremely nice as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Renaye Quintyne and her staff at this location with Vision Works, I scheduled another appointment for the end of the month definitely coming back and highly recommend them! May God bless the doctor and her staff today and always! ????❤️

I don't know what to say... These people who works here really care and are helpful, down to when you walk in to eye exam to picking your glasses , to even paying. I felt good the whole way through. Special thanks to Dita , Diana and Dr. Reyes.

Eye doctor is very nice 5 out of 5 for her and her staff. Retail side is different. She was unhelpful and not knowledgeable about the insurance.

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Renaye Quintyne, O.D. For the first time and the experience was wonderful she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know.The sale associate Aaron was so knowledgeable. He help me pick out to best pair of glasses in the store and also made sure I understood all of the lenses care options.Todays visit was top tier! Thank you all!!!

Something that I was dreading doing with my husband actually turned out to be an exceptional experience. Thanks to Carol Anne this is a store that I would recommend without hesitation, and will definitely go back for any and all eyewear needs. She was patient, courteous, professional, and above all else honest. I say, honest, because she pointed out things that were less than flattering, she definitely has a great eye for style and glasses. She took her time to explain every type of lens to suit my husband's needs.Very different than other places, that pressure and upsell you and hurry to get you in and out. Carol Anne at Visionworks was a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't be happier writing this review! Thank you! And I look forward to picking up my husband's glasses next week...

Last minute visit to this place turned out to be the best decision. I got my glasses from Walmart and the right lens came out within 6 months or so, took it back they fixed it. Almost a year and lens is out again. Of course I'm not happy,so I decided to go somewhere else because I swore Walmart was the problem. lilia helped me see that the issue wasn't necessarily with Walmart, but rather the wear and tear on how I removed my glasses from my face, because it's the same lens and I'm right handed. She fixed it no charge and now they've got a potential client. I really appreciated her expertise.

A bit of a struggle with one of the associates.The manager is amazing and the gentleman was very helpful.When I picked up my sunglasses the associate that handed them to me told me there was no adjustment so I took them and left. I was not happy with the fit.When I went back to pick up my regulator glasses, they had lost my glasses that were for pick up, but the gentleman was very kind and adjusted my sunglasses and they are great now.After a few days of waiting to hear about my missing ordered glasses I called to inquire. I was told they had been found, and there was a note on them that I had been contacted. I did not mention I would not be calling if I had been contacted and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the glasses.The same associate who originally gave me my sunglasses, assisted me with picking up my regular glasses. She was ready to send me out the door with a terrible fit. She kept asking me to tell her what to do. I had to explain my eyelashes were hitting the lenses, and they certainly didn’t feel right. She kept telling me to tell her how to adjust them. It was very frustrating. They feel pretty good now, but it was not a pleasant experience.
