I've been going to vitamin shoppe for years. This morning I visited this location in my work uniform. Sakia asked me what I was looking for and I told her the name of a preworkout I was looking for and she kept showing me BCAA products. When I clarified again what product I was looking for, she told me that the store doesn't carry it. When I asked her to see if any other stores had it in stock she said "vitamin shoppe does not carry that product" without even checking.When I insisted that I have seen the product and asked her to check the stock at other vitamin shoppe, she looked at the website only to confirm they had it in stock at this location. She showed me where the product was located and I asked to get a price matched with Amazon and she said the company does not price match with Amazon.I informed her I've been customer for years and have never heard that. Sakia began to raise her voice at me to tell me I was wrong and that if I didn't like her answer that I can take my business somewhere else. She raised her voice to the point that other customers in the store began looking in our direction.Like I said I was in my work uniform and did not want to negatively represent my company by continuing to engage with her loud behavior so I told her to have a nice day and walked out the door.I turned around and walked back in, at this point the other customers were walking up to the counter to check out. I asked for her name so I could file a complaintSakia then turned to the other customers, gave them my name (my uniform has a name tag) and asked them to contact my employer to help her file a harassment complaint to my work place. The customers were older ladies who agreed to call on Sakias behalf to file a complaint against me.I was finally able to see Sakias name tag so I wrote down her name and walked out the door. As I walked out Sakia yelled "go get a life" to me.I will not be returning to this location. I called the customer service line to file a complaint and they told me they would get back to me. I am completely lost for words, and do not understand the way that I was treated during this entire interaction. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. I hope to see a resolution to this issue because the fact that Sakia is trying to get my employer involved out of spite because I told her I would be filing a complaint is one of the most Karen things I've seen in my life

Very disappointed with the service. This lady didn’t want to help me gave me a nasty look the whole time I was there. Never had this happen to me at a vitamin shoppe. I never leave reviews but this time I had to that’s how disappointed I was!

This location has many of my favorite supplements. Very rarely out of stock on their merchandise. Today, I restocked two of my favorites. As always, upon walking in I was immediately greeted and assisted by two wonderful associates.

The staff is getting super annoying trying to sell bags for 50 cents to the point that makes me never want to go back to the store...Is super rude, is not even about the 50 cents, they have other free bags available under the counter... Have been going there for years, never again they lost me to amazon...

I called asking if liquid chlorophyll was in stock, I’m very kind when it comes to speaking to customer service employees as I am one myself. The first time I purchased from this store the male employee was very kind and held 2 bottles for me since I was going to stop by within the hour to buy them.Although this time I asked if they had any in stock, he said “I have 2 bottles”. So I said “Okay! Could you please set them aside for me-“ and he very abruptly and rudely cut me off saying “we are not able to hold them first come first serve”. If he would’ve at least let me finish my sentence and said it without being rude and sounding very apathetic I would’ve said “okay! I’ll come right now”. I was very put off and just hung up. The attitude of a businesses employees affects sales greatly and this will push customers to go elsewhere. Hire respectful employees.
