Refused to give me my prescription that said it was ready. I had multiple texts to show that as well. I had it transferred here from another pharmacy. Explained to him that it said it was ready & I had my doctor send it here as I cannot go to another pharmacy due to my time constraints and this one is next to where I moved. Said it isn’t his problem & I can go to the other pharmacy & pretty much slammed the window on me. I have been trying to get this medication for weeks & when I finally go through all of the hoops of getting a controlled substance through a new pharmacy this is the behavior of the pharmacist. Unfortunate.

Absolutely unprofessional and down right rude. Head pharmacist is completely absurd. Don't go here after a emergency. They deny medication with out even contacting the prescribers.

This is actually the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. But lately they have gotten even worse. My doctor sent in 3 prescriptions. They took four days to fill it and when they finally did I went to pick it up. The drive through had a line but the last time I was there i went inside because of the drive thru line but inside was no better, so i decided to wait on the drive thru line. After 30 minutes of waiting i had to leave because i was late to something. Then a little later I get an email that they are temporarily closed. I am extremely frustrated, I should have switched to a different pharmacy when right away.

The regular store part is great, but the pharmacy staff is not. the female pharmacist is amazing helping kind. the man on numerous occasions treated me less than more than on also one lady who works the checkout part was plain rude. The first time with both staff members I brushed it off because hey everyone is entitled to a bad day, you never know what a person is going through, so I brushed it off, well it became quite a few with the female not just me. a nasty attitude. she wears a pony tail around 50 gray hair. the male pharmacist treated me like I was scum being in recovery and cleansince 2015 I'm proud of I happen to use SUBOXONE it works amazing and part of my treatment plan that saved me from death i was addicted to heroin. he Always has to make things difficult for me consistently having to have my doctor call him to verify even same doctors same medication once on a Friday leaving me all weekends with none u get very ill and could trigger a relapse no empathy pretty cruel and discusting I really need this medication I use for pain I was in a nearly fatal car accident croaked from head to toe TMi , neck, ribs, both legs , hip pelvic, foot, plusrelapse could k,he had no concern or respect for my sobriety especially when I had a couple different surgerys this year where i had to taper off 2 weeks b4 and use subutex because an ingredient in this medication affects my amateurs and blocks or any pain medicating. so I didn't get to start t g e med until 4 days pre surgery it was supposed to be 2 weeks can u imagine waking up and nothing works for your pain. butall the other workers are very great. he has something againstpeople who are addicted even though im clean many years. it's terrible how some people treat us so i switched to a different location! yayyy Walgreens are every where! this location go above and beyond. always smiling truly kind helping and treat me no different than anyone else! I'm hoping these 2 employees see this and have a change of heart. Btw I was never rude back. the girl speaks snotty when i called 3xs to see if a prescription was ready saying passive aggressive uck well did you get a txt obviously it's not ready and hung up!!!. I didn't get a chance to explain I had a new phone number. rude right.

I don't even understand how some places stay in business. Horrible service and not existent customer service. Emails, calls and social media don't seem to make a difference. I will leave a very generous 2 stars only because the price on sale made it almost palatable. Clearly my expectations of doing a job correctly is far to tall. Asking for a response on fixing issues doesn't matter. As stores shutter, human interaction vanishes I guess we wait to see AI fix things or not.

I am from out of state. I came Friday august 5th to get some Affrin because I am not feeling the best, I arrived at 11:55 PM (close was at midnight) Cutting it close for sure, but i knew what i needed and would have been out in less than 2 minutes, given they checked me out fast enough that is.... The (excuse me if this is rude) fatter lady that was letting someone out yelled at me with utter disgust and disrespect that the store was closed. I am a 22 year old who works in the service industry and has NEVER left a review. Although this was outrageous. We will be calling in the morning,Update;; They just let 4 other customers out when i could have checked out right behind them.

Came in pre-prom to grab 3 items for a scavenger hunt at prom. Walgreens always have what we need. We needed sunblock and they had it plus it's on sale. They even had last minute flowers and more.
