I have never been in a place where every employee is so rude. They even talked on their phone while waiting on you. The manager, who I wasn't able to get his name, didn't want to help and seemed annoyed when asked to assist. Ciera is the worst with a major attitude and didn't even offer to help but said they couldn't do it on Sundays. Definitely choose somewhere else to go no matter how far it might be.

Every time I get a text that my prescription is ready I wait in a 25 minute line just for the pharmacist to tell me they either don't have it or it's not ready. Tighten up your pharmacy. People rely on these drugs for survival and no one seems too concerned when the supply runs out or the customer is left without.

In order to save money, Walgreens has short staffed their pharmacy, so that you could never ever get anyone on the phone. After being on hold for 22 minutes, I hung up and asked to speak to a store manager to see if they could go back to the pharmacy to offer some assistance. The manager I believe he said his name was Steve was very nonchalant and just kept saying “OK well they are busy” as if I was just being a bother. I asked him if he thought 22 minutes with acceptable customer service for Walgreens and explained that as a store manager he might want to go back and try to help them since he acknowledged they were so busy. He was like “yeah I’m gonna put you back on hold and they should get to you soon.” I’ve been using this pharmacy for my entire life and I’m now nearly 50 years old and I’m packing up all of my prescriptions and taking them to CVS because this place is gone to trash. Customer service except from front cashiers is non existent. Pharmacy keep auto renewing refills when I’ve asked them to stop and never do that on my account. To speak to pharmacy you have to go in because you cannot get them on the phone. Walgreens used to be top notch but I’ve had nothing but problems with this pharmacy now for years and I’m done.

Today my experience at Walgreens was deplorable. Customer service did not exist.
There was a store pricing error but the assistant manager on duty did not want to honor their policy. He was rude, disrespectful, ignorant and discurteous. I will no longer use this store for my routine quick shopping.
I did receive a call from the store manager who was kond professional and helpful. He apologized, gave me a credit for the the item I purchased and gave me Walgreens bucks.

Just went through the drive through pharmacy. The person working the window was very rude when I mentioned that I could not hear them. They proceeded to shout very loudly. I am already hard of hearing, they did not need to contribute to it getting worse.

Extremely rude Pharmacy techs. I had a simple request to transfer a rx because I’m traveling here from out of state and the young lady acted like I was ruining her entire day with my request.

Over 12 mins on hold with someone picking up every 2 mins to say “please hold” and quickly hanging up. 11 mins later no one even picks up.
Worst pharmacy.

I came at 1:15pm today to get prescription that was sent on yesterday around 6pm, I was told to come back in 15mins, I come back and they closed till 2pm. I am in real bad pain and she should've said we going to close so come back at 2pm. Just ridiculous. I work for insurance company and the members are not lying about pharmacy's treating people wrong.

The worst establishment EVER! First Matthew is racist and has a serious problem. They sell VISA prepaid cards and don’t allow you to purchase the amount you want and put a limit on what you can purchase even with the amount allowed! Why sell prepaid cards if you’re going to decline the customers to purchase what they want!? Matt then decided to contact the police as if we were going to leave the establishment in which we stayed as we’re not criminals. (He thought we would’ve left when he threatened us with calling the police, but we patiently waited as we did nothing wrong) They profile you because you’re black stating they can’t sell the cards because people commit fraud per MATTHEW!! After speaking with MANNY WHO CONTACTED his boss was willing to sell the card until his boss told him they had to call loss prevention to see if they’re allowed to sell us the gift card which is crazy! He then turned around and said he talked to his boss who told him he couldn’t sell it. Therefore, after speaking with the officer we did get a case number and will pursue further action. Never in life have I ever been so embarrassed not by the content of my character but by the color of my skin. Will contact VISA bright and early to see what’s their policy with WALGREENS along with posting the videos on ALL social media platforms and tagging WALGREENS. This is AMERIKA. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE shop at any WALGREENS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
