This Walgreens pharmacy is a MUST stay away on Southern in WPB. The last two times my doctor called in a Rx there was a problem. Five days later it's still not ready. I went today at 11:00. The manager told me to come back at 3:00. Says, it will be ready. At 4:30pm I returned to find six people waiting. Only after waiting 48 minutes, did i get my Rx. Which was 5 x more than what I pay in NJ. Never again. Mail order from now on.

Such a terrible experience today. In the store at 1:27 and they said the pharmacy is closed for lunch at 1:30. I complained that it wasn’t 1:30 yet (also, what pharmacy completely closes down in the middle of the afternoon ok ?!?!). The pharmacist was so rude and argumentative. As a person who works in healthcare, this was very irritating. I can’t imagine ever speaking to a patient in that way. I’m moving all of our family’s prescriptions to Publix.

Literally do NOT go to the pharmacy drive thru unless you want to grow old and die in your car waiting. Nobody even monitors the window. Sat for 25 min (between the guy who gave up in front of me and my turn).

They don't have self-checkout, so unless you plan to steal whatever you plan to buy, you can plan to wait endlessly to finally check out.

Very rude and not polite girl work at the pharmacy, we received a message in the afternoon that medicine was ready for pickup, we go to the pharmacy and she said that's not ready . My wife asked her because she don't have any more that she needed at this moment and she go upset and say she has to return next day. We talked to Manager and the problem was fixed in few minutes. Thanks.

I have been trying to reach someone in this pharmacy for 2 days, and have spent ~45min just cycling on hold over and over again with no one picking up. Not even a "Hi, thanks for calling Walgreens, we will be right with you." Just nothing. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Chris, the pharmacist, and I must say that he is truly exceptional. I am from NJ and recently located to FL and was in need of a medication that was almost impossible to find. Every pharmacy I called did not take the time to help me or give me the time of day to express my concerns. After calling pharmacy after pharmacy, I contacted Walgreens at this location. I spoke with Chris, and I finally felt like someone genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to help me.
Chris stands out as the most helpful pharmacist I have ever had the privilege of encountering. His dedication to his work and genuine care for his patients are truly commendable. He took the time to assist me without telling me they didn’t have the medication and hanging up, which is what almost every other pharmacy I spoke with did. (And trust me, I called almost every pharmacy in the area!!)
Chris has been the one to continue to assist me whenever I have questions or concerns regarding my medications ever since our first encounter. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is not just a transaction but a meaningful experience. He takes time to listen attentively to my concerns, provides clear explanations about medications, and offers valuable advice.
What sets Chris apart is his empathetic nature and genuine concern for the well-being of his patients. He takes the extra step to ensure that all my questions are answered and I always leave the pharmacy feeling confident and supported. Chris embodies the qualities of a true healthcare professional who prioritizes the health and comfort of those he serves.
Overall, I can confidently say that Chris at Walgreens is not just a pharmacist; he is a healthcare ally who goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of his patients. His dedication and genuine care are truly commendable!!

Don’t go to this pharmacy. The girl at the front desk has no idea what she’s doing or what she’s talking about. I went to go pick up a prescription and this girl was literally asking me for a Vin number. I don’t understand why anyone would even ask for that when picking up a prescription for somebody thats Insured through United healthcare. I told her I had united healthcare and don’t need a prescription card to pick up my medication and it went through one ear and out the other. She was difficult and completely unhelpful in a period of time where someone is dealing with a serious illness. This happened on Wednesday, September 20th around 3pm.

Manager there the old guy with glasses is very rude. He is always in a bad mood and is grumpy. I’m surprised he still has a job. They need to find a new manager. He shouldn’t be working there.
