25 minutes on my lunch break trying to get in touch with the pharmacy. Good use of my time as a physician. I’ve been steering my patients away from Walgreens. They’ll be out of business in a couple years. Writing is on the wall. Can’t even get anyone on the phone nowadays.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I called no one but ten times, and last I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and still never picked up the phone. You don't deserve even one star

I was on hold for 45 mintes for someone to pick up in the pharmacy and say hold on again. The pharmacy staff sucks. They act like they dont want to be at work. This is not the first time this has happened. They need retraining or more help ASAP. MY GOODNESS
