I’ve been coming here several times for printing the photos. It should be recommending that you place the order online and come to pick up. It’s easy way to stay away in waiting times.

Horrible for getting information about a scrip!. Would not recommend getting a script, the phone system is a disservice. Now I know why the company is expecting to close so many store. Walgreens needs to definitely concentrate on getting it right!

I was standing in line the 3rd person. A Caucasian gentleman was first. And the cashier was assisting him. There was a Caucasian lady in front of me. A Walgreens worker walked up to the other register & told the lady she could help her. When she finished she yelled over to the cashier assisting the guy and asked was he ready for the override. She went did the override. By this time there was another customer waiting behind me. The associate went over to the photo area & started ringing up a customer over there. I was still waiting in line. When she finished the customer in the photo area. She then yelled out for the Caucasian lady standing behind me to come check out. I stood looking baffled & finally the guy was finished ringing the gentleman & he checked me out. I'm not racist but it's still alive. At the time I was the only African American in the store. I love the organizing with the correct signs & cleanliness of the store. But I did not appreciate her taking the customer in front of me & then the customer behind me. I should have been next I had been waiting too.

Their cashiers are slow. Also forgot to put an item I needed in my bag. Considering it a loss because I'm not driving back for $2 worth of items. But still. I went to the store to get what I needed and it should have been put in the bag with the other things I purchased.

Worst pharmacy I've experienced yet. The pharmacist yelled at me that she was "too busy to check my prescriptions." The girl who answered the phone a few minutes after that informed me that Walgreen's policy is to never show on the app if a controlled prescription is received or in process. I asked if that was federal law, and she said no, it's just Walgreen's, and hung up on me.

Terrible Customer service. I called waited five minutes till someone picked up, Then was told rudely “to please hold” Waiting for 10 more minutes on the phone then they awnsered and immediately hung up the phone.The owner really needs to talk to the Employees here about how to treat customers it seems from all of you. I’m reading as well. This is a common problem with them, It happened to me as well.Personally, I think they should invest in some new shirts for their employees

This Walgreens is my go-to for everything. I mean their staff is very friendly and polite, they are always helpful.

Even I spelled out clearly the name of the prescription I wanted to fill, they still did it wrong. I didn’t notice that they gave me a wrong medicine after I went home, by then it is too late to return it and get a refund.

Worst service ever. The owner should be ashamed. Probably just collects a check and go. This type of place needs to be in the hood somewhere. Why come out west with this type of service. Virginia is sitting there chatting about her personal life with a customer she knows while phone is ringing off the hook. She could be helping someone. I certainly wouldn’t be chatting no more than to help someone if we are getting slammed. I should’ve read the comments before I came here because I just noticed others have had the same experience. Didn’t think a place out west would remind me of the hood.

Ok I'm back at Walgreens and today is laundry day. I buy my laundry soap here because it seems to always be 3 for $8 and I always seem to have a di not for $7 off and I spat $1 and I leave over the moon happy that I saved so much money. Have you tried this or is this ? I also have late night craving for ice cream but today there was no Chunky Monkey! Walgreen has it all!
