This drive thru window is horrible, they bother me on my app to pick up my script only to be ignored for 20 minutes , the service is bad and very nasty attitude as if I’m bothering her, I already switched and very happy

Staff must not be aware of how to get best prices for clients whose insurance doesn’t cover a particular prescription. Don’t accept non covered medication without doing your own diligence to check other Rx sites like GoodRx or SingleCare because their staff won’t do it. I was told when I couldn’t get online in the store to check these sites that yea service is shotty back here. Sorry but that is shotty customer service, especially when the price difference between what was charged $168 versus Walgreens coupon on SingleCare of $33. Buyer beware ! Find a pharmacy that will go the extra mile to ensure good pricing for their clients.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible . Every time need to fill prescriptions it is a huge hassle always told to call back and give them a chance to fix the problem only it takes calling back repeatedly until I get the right person that knows what they're doing to put it through the right way so frustrating and then they don't want to help in any way so you go days without medication that you're required to have

This is about the luck of the draw. Each pharmacist has their own rules. And the texts u receive don't mean that you will get what it says. I've been told by phone pickup day is one, then text saying it's ready, then go and told that it's not and I was told on phone it wouldn't be done until the first day I was told. Now I go back ,pick up and the date on bottle is 3 days ago. No express pickup anymore and I depend on it because I have a cab waiting. Get a good pharmacist and get all scripts in one bag one day. GOOD LUCK

Literally been going to Walgreens since my teens I’m 33. I’m a rewards member and always get rx sent here . When I tell u I literally have never had a worse experience at any Walgreens than here , not even another store I put that on everything I have ever loved…whether I’m buying something trying to call or just literally trying to get much needed ready medication , I need atleast an hour to do anything at this location. Hell on earth is an understatement

This morning my son and I walked in to get passport pictures, I am not sure of the manager’s name but I have to say her customer service was amazing. She took the pictures and within 5 minutes they were ready. The cashier, Sharmina and I were praising the manager. Sharmina and I both agreed that this location is so much better with this new manager. I left this location feeling very satisfied and I will definitely return to this location.
