Two times I’ve visited this store and Jamil has shown that he has zero customer service skills. He is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

This morning my son and I walked in to get passport pictures, I am not sure of the manager’s name but I have to say her customer service was amazing. She took the pictures and within 5 minutes they were ready. The cashier, Sharmina and I were praising the manager. Sharmina and I both agreed that this location is so much better with this new manager. I left this location feeling very satisfied and I will definitely return to this location.

Great staff and very understanding to patients situations and needs. Natana goes beyond the call of duty and always polite. I give Natana and this Pharmacy 5 stars hands down!

There was a particular cashier who was loud, nosy and obnoxious. I don't understand why I couldn't make a purchase in peace. I've been to other Walgreens and never had this experience before. I asked her why she was asking me so many questions. She actually said, "It's because I'm a friendly person." I told her she needs to go to talk to someone else. I complained to the manager and corporate and they all seem to disregard my discomfort. They're perfectly fine with cashiers harassing customers because they're lonely. I hope this Walgreens gets shut down or they hire new mentally stable employees or they're on the appropriate psych meds!

Intentionally changed to home delivery of my refills in order to avoid unreasonable wait times in the drive-thru, but they can't seem to get home delivery right either even after making 4 phone calls to pharmacy and being assured the order was placed in the delivery bin. Nope! On my 4th phone call, my undelivered refill was placed back on the shelf for non-pickup so we begin the process all over again after waiting almost 3 weeks for this delivery and the app showing it was scheduled for delivery. I had to borrow medication from my mother who takes the same med. I prefer CVS but had to switch to walgreens for insurance. What a mess

Pharmacy is horrible. They leave you hanging on the phone, give you half the prescription then conveniently forget the rest of it. All you get when you call is HOLD ON PLEASE then the phone rings back over and over with someone clicking you back on hold. I understand times are busy but either hire more staff or do not accept new orders when you are backed up. Pretty simple. i'm sure the staff are stressed out as well. POOR MANAGEMENT

Worst run pharmacy ever. Im changing my insurance just to avoid these horrible “pharmacists”. They dont call to tell you a prescription is out of stock. They wont tell you if another store has it in stock. They wont tell you when they will get it in stock. If they have the same prescription with half the dose , they wont adjust it so you can have your medicine on time. They lack customer service and are just rude. If you need anything from a pharmacy, go to a different one because this one with these people are USELESS.

If I could give ZERO starts I would!! Fabrina in the pharmacy department is a rude and miserable person! Horrible customer service! I’ve never had an issue in the past, but, this Walgreens pharmacy is HORRIBLE!

The pharmacy and pharmacist is horrible I went in having Covid to get a test because I’m sick really sick can barley get out of bed but I need the test for work and this lady was so unhelpful started making test I ordered impossible to get I gave her insurance infor she made it impossible to talk to my mom and give the information while both my kids are screaming in the car with Covid mind you I ordered the rest the day before and needed them by today I think it’s there fault and the fact they already have 2 stars shows you they don’t care

Terrible store. Pharmacy didn’t have a clue. The pharmacist claims to have never heard of Umcka. Maybe use google?!?! It’s a new concept. Workers at this store don’t care at all. Go anywhere but here.

I've tried and tried this pharmacy, every single time they have issues. Bad enough that I switched my regular prescriptions to another pharmacy. Every time I tried to pick up a script, I'd wait what seemed like forever and then there was always an excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Many times, I'd arrive to pick up a script that I received a message that it was ready, only to find that it wasn't and a few times, they didn't even have the medication in stock.Tonight I had to pick up a script as my regular script was lost in the mail. I sat in the Drive-Thru lane behind three vehicles for 32 minutes, I watched as it got closer and closer to closing time.How is it that a pharmacy can constantly be this behind and have this many issues? Does management not realize there is an issue?

what a joke over 30 minutes in the drive through every single month , most times to get to the window and a “ ready “ prescription is not ready , come back later …. No compassion for customers at all . Worst pharmacy every DO not waste your time .
