This is the worst store ever. Sat outside for curbside pickup over 25 minutes. Went inside to inquire and was told they do not start sending employees out until 11:00am. They should state that on the email confirmation and not let the app check you in. Also could not even pick up item while I was in the store. Called after I left to speak with a manager and no one picks up the phone.

I went for two items. Both were on the shelf broken or damaged. When I talked to the Manager she said she could put the liquid soap in another container and sell it at a discount. Are. You kidding?? That is not the way to run a retail business. The store is disgusting and poorly run. Walmart needs to get a regional manager to focus on the West Palm Beach locations as they are all poorly run stores.

Horrible! Worst customer service ever! Some article were advertise in the store at a price inside the store when I went to pay other price they cashier didn't honor it neither customer service, they send me to take a picture of the price , horrible customers service, Never going back.

Not the Walmart you want to go to if you're white. The staff is so racist it's disgusting. You see them help people of color but as a white women you get treated like complete trash, no matter how nice you are. One associate Kiesha looked like she was going to hit me. Coach's Clara wouldn't even let me speak but knew racist Kiesha was going to hit me so she told her to walk away and then had to yell at her to walk away. I was accused of stealing because it took a minute to find my receipt. Just because they don't like the color of skin i was treated like trash. It's funny that people like Clara and Kiesha even have manager roles. I dont care that most of the store is people of color, treat me the way or find a new job. Customer service is clearly not for you ladies.

I needed to pickup a few items today and was close to the Walmart on Belvedere store 05301. My recommendation is it is a fantastic place to go if you need to raise your blood pressure. I approached 4 different employees for help and none of them helped. If you want to experience laziness at its best and have hours to waste then this is place.

Alot of bussiness here But Not Enuff help . Stand in line for 2 hrs till many opl give up and leave their stuff and go sgop elsewhere . You would think they'd at least have ppl to check you out but nope this place is only about keeping as much money as they can . Was Aweful Aweful to say the least !! BAD BUSINESS!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE HONESTLY

This location does not answer their phones at all. I live out of state and wanted to see if they carried a few liquid items so I didn't have to check luggage. It's a shame really, such a simple thing to pick up a phone!

Aaron (an employee) posted on Facebook Nov 15th they will have PS5 available due to a recent order. The same day I arrived and spoke with Aaron, who confirmed it. Came back the next day to camp out. Was met by a very rude young male in electronics who said they didn't have any. I mentioned the post and the lies started pouring... "Oh, well... those aren't for sale... not till Black Friday" so you're holding onto stock till BF? "Yeah, I mean that's what I think, but I don't know why anyone would tell you we had any". Glad I didn't camp out because a large line assembled and they were all greeted the next morning by the same rude male, turned them all away. Fast forward to Turkey day, camped out because my daughter has been begging for this. They open at 5, everyone in line is super excited!!! Guess what?! Oh, no... we don't have any PS5's available... WTF?????!!!!!!!????!!!!! I'm telling you, don't trust this Walmart...

This review is for the third party sales guy Robert who is not pushy straight up and able to multitask and take care of two-three customers at a time with respect, because he is the only one give this guy a raise make him a manager, owner of of a franchise he's that good in English or Espanol. Update it seems like what I was told about the phone and plan was sales B's, when asked at&t they said it wasn't correct and I could return and gave me small credit. What really sucks is the plan fee is even more than I was quoted and the people behind me. I have made a formal complaint because either I was lied to or Walmart needs to retrain they want over $100 for one phone definitely not happy going to complain again

I had the worst customer service experience in my life today at this Walmart. I can guarantee that I will never be shopping there, or any Walmart, or any Walmart related company ever again. I will personally continue to advocate for other businesses that can offer the same products combined with an appropriate level of helpful service. As a side note, I will also be willing to spend more on each product I buy to guarantee a minimum level of customer service and support. Do yourself a favor, don't ever shop here.

not enough self check outs (credit cards only usually), customer service is slow, low selection of different product....nothing to wipe buggy handles down with...

Rude and overcrowded seems the norm there. I looked up a specific item I needed on line showed in stock. When I got there 15 minutes later shelves were empty with one or two items opened. As I walked thru saw lots of empty shelves but pallets of items for back to school blocking the isles. Checkout was being forced into self checkout on one side with only 3-4 lanes open with workers. As I left with no purchase I was stopped by door person and told to wait in line to be checked before leaving. I walked out and will go to target for everything now on.

This location is doing the opposite of social distancing. They closed one exit completely so that everyone goes in and comes out the same way?!? The carts are not cleaned. The incredibly long lines are not eased by opening more registers even though there was staff available. Social distancing is not encouraged or enforced at this location. Daphney, the manager, and her staff need to be educated as to what customer service is. Terrible experience! Avoid this location like the plague!
