I recently visited the Wawa on 45th Street and had an outstanding experience thanks to three exceptional employees: Audi, Jen, and Shakara. From start to finish, their service went above and beyond.
Each of them displayed an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism. Whether it was answering questions, helping with recommendations, or ensuring everything was perfect, they handled everything with ease. Their friendly and welcoming attitudes made the visit even more enjoyable—they truly embody what great customer service should feel like.
Audi’s attention to detail, Jen’s warm demeanor, and Shakara’s efficiency and enthusiasm created a seamless and pleasant experience. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in making customers feel valued.
This Wawa location is lucky to have such a fantastic team, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the amazing service they provided. Highly recommend this location to anyone!

This is brand new and it’s already a crap hole
No coffee counter, no turkey which is why I stopped, restrooms dirty since they are out of toilet paper and people are using napkins which they put in the trash. Wawa is so hit or miss. One is OK the next one sucks. They started out great, now I’m pretty much done with them

Horrible place, they charge you for items thar you did not receive. Twice now, do not order food from this place unless you want to be ripped off.

My sandwich was ordered Hot,when I made comment to store I was told that it was made as ordered..1 $+ of all,if so it was packaged on top of two leg gaterade bottle,and when I decided to completely stone cold...what the Hell!!!!?$&(

No complains with food except sometimes the croissants are over toasted. Cleanliness is ok for the amount of people getting in and out. Service is fair and is fast.

Got stuck here in my Car broke down here and the white female managers were not very considerate or friendly to me they all seem strange one of them told me I couldnt charge my phone there suddenly and the other one is always watching me like a hawk but she doesn't smile or say nothing and then one of them called the police on me and told them a complete liee on me !! I'm not surprised because I always had a bad feeling about them all 3 of them seem just strange fake and evil to me smh but then i saw some other guy charging his stuff and nobody came out and said nothing to him and that womans bathroom is so disgusting I don't think they clean it regularly like there supposed too
