Mr Woodthierry needs more customer service training.
I didn’t feel he was eager to help at all, been to other banks where I had no issue opening an account, until I got to him. Def makes me think if I really want to bank with Wells Fargo if this is how new customers are treated

The Branch Manager Genevieve was amazing!!! She was very patient, kind, and understanding. She was very helpful and genuine! Not many kind, caring individuals in the world anymore but she is definitely one of them!

Didn’t expect this branch to be so horrible, but today Alejandra made it extra bad for me from not taking priority due to customer first come first served. I really hate when this happens. We’re in the first world country and this should be priority rule. The workers should realize that better, not go to work to cash the pay check and not care about reputation. Not to mention sitting in the car for almost half hour burning my gas getting cut off from uncaring worker.

This is absolutely the WORST bank I have ever been to. I hate that I have to go here for work and I am trying to convince my employer ti switch. They NEVER have enough people working, they are insanely slow processing any transaction and they do t keep their appointments.

Well Fargo has to take action with its workers. I have a shift today, June 26, after waiting 2 hours, they told me that they couldn't help me. Melissa was the woman who didn't even help me.

I was treated rather rudely several times going in the bank. I had an appointment to get new debit card. Instead the customer service woman closed my checking account. She said sorry she messed up. I had to get a new checking account and my SSI and SSA were late coming in. The bank is not run very well. Long lines and not friendly employees. Went in with a problem with my account and it still isn't resolved. I lost money because of fake deposits electronically deposited in my account and my sister's account. We are so upset with Wells Fargo Bank.
