I was treated rather rudely several times going in the bank. I had an appointment to get new debit card. Instead the customer service woman closed my checking account. She said sorry she messed up. I had to get a new checking account and my SSI and SSA were late coming in. The bank is not run very well. Long lines and not friendly employees. Went in with a problem with my account and it still isn't resolved. I lost money because of fake deposits electronically deposited in my account and my sister's account. We are so upset with Wells Fargo Bank.

worst bank ever the blocked my zelle saying it was fraud then 4 month later after fixing that problem then can my account and put it on hold now i got no access to my money .. this is the worst bank to ever have ..bank of America and chase way better

Well Fargo has to take action with its workers. I have a shift today, June 26, after waiting 2 hours, they told me that they couldn't help me. Melissa was the woman who didn't even help me.

A 35 minute wait each time I come to this branch. I alter the times I come thinking May I have bad timing. Nope! They literally told me they work off one teller in drive thru and inside. Meanwhile they have all 3 lanes open in the drive through and if your in commercial lane you have to wait until personal bankers get taken care of.

We have our office right around the corner so anytime I need to make a deposit or a wire it is very convenient! From the moment you step through the doors you are seen and acknowledged which is something I appreciate.Yes the line sometimes has a few people waiting but I know the tellers are trying their hardest and that's all that matters. Thank you Wells Fargo Palm Beach Lakes for always helping us when we need it!

While visiting this branch I watched the lead bank manager disrespect an African American customer. The branch manager came off extremely pugnacious with little respect to any of the customers visiting. He even said and I quote “I’ll close your bank account and get you trespassed”. The customer was professional and courteous he just wanted an answer to his questions. I see the negative reviews from this location so I shouldn’t be shocked at all. Wells Fargo Terrible.
