WHY THE NEGATIVE REVIEW...Since selling my house and depositing over 300K into my account, you people have made it ridiculous at times moving that money around to various individuals. IRRITATING DENIALS attempting to Zelle money to some friends; claiming I am over some NONSENSE daily limits when I wasn't. WORST CRIME OF ALL WAS RACIALLY PROFILING MY AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRLFRIEND FROM RIVERIA BEACH-- finding every reason under the Sun not to cash a check that I wrote to her for $2500 was the dealbreaker!! You people suck and screw you for making my girlfriend realize she's black in this lifetime and having her walk out the door feeling like a piece of TRASH because you wouldn't cash the check. despite might being on the phone where I could've verified any part of that check that I wrote and legitimized I was the account holder, every single step. There was one excuse, made after another after another, after another where, after three different excuses and the teller girl already initiating the transaction, MGT STOPPED IT. just because she dis not have the money to dress fancy and look the part, most obvious of all being low income black woman attempting to cash a high dollar check. You people should be ashamed of yourselves! I will be taking the rest of my money out of the bank before I leave on Saturday to go back to New York, and only doing business with a bank that doesn't racially profile my friends. D-Bags!!! You really should be ashamed of yourselves!I see clearly they are major problems at this branch. According to all of the negative reviews already left. Corporate needs to do something about that!

Excellent Service from Tuliza Dawkins today. I had a previous horrible experience at another branch and came to this branch for the SAME reason and was able to accomplish EVERYTHING I CAME FOR PLUS MORE WITH the PLEASANT and helpful service I usually get at Wells Fargo. The documents were submitted without any issue, she provided confirmation documents, and I was able to leave with this checked off my list! Thank you, Tuliza.

I've been trying to set up a business account with these guys for two weeks. I have a 15+ year history with Wells, and multiple business accounts. They don't answer calls, don't get their work done, and are basically MIA. Worst branch I've ever tried to work with.

Been with this branch since 1988 from the very beginning needed copies of my statements for 3 months 2 Bankers walking around did not help me told me I had to come back at 3 and it was 1:02 very poor service sent me to another branch where they was busy but got me what needed

Absolutely pathetic. 2 employees standing at door refusing to expedite process by actually assisting customers, instead they are too busy telling people to move forward 6 feet rather than shrinking the line and assisting. If covid was real concern they should be getting rid of customers faster rather than lining more up with such exceptionally slow service. Will cancel account next time I come but it will probably take too long now so I’ll wait. Melanie would be great at DOT crowd control, rude and incredibly useless standing at door and refusing to service customers. 3 employees just sitting around with line inside and outside as well as 10+ in drive thru.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. NEVER GET A LOAN OR MORTGAGE FROM THIS BANK. Horrible customer service , employees cant help you with anything . They must try to make every practice as inconvenient for the customer as possible....
