I would’ve been a new client had I’m not waited over an hour for someone to call me in to set up an account. I was told when I walked into this location to scan the barcode and it would update me as to where I was in line. As I waited for over an hour in my car and typed in status to see where I was in the queue, it continued to say I was number three. I got frustrated and needed to use the restroom so I went inside, and I asked the representative that I saw first if I can open an account online, in fact that I was questioning if I should even be a client at Wells Fargo at this point she told me to wait a few minutes. I told her I was going to run to the restroom and come back. I sat down for 20 minutes at this point, I was extremely frustrated and walked out. This is not the first impression any business should give a new client or any client at that. this was a clear indication that Wells Fargo is not for me. Thank you for your unprofessionalism.

I had one at 10:30 then I left at 10:50 😂no one came to me😂

The drive thru it self is very very narrow to drive through. Each lane should have been a foot wider. I do know lots of drivers bang their cars up. Very bad design. I don't like going inside but I will drive 6 miles to another one that do have adequate space.

They have an updated ATM. Gives you a relief since credit card skimmers been starting to be common now. Glad Wells Fargo thinking of its customers and keeping protected from fraud with the latest tech!

Very unorganized. I went that ranch at 9:30am i sat there 2 hours for a banker. When the time comes for my turn, they toke to people ahead of me.I set it for 30 more minutes I left 1200PM went to another ranch.

I’ve been a customer for over 17 years the customer service is at a all time low this lady name Higencia was so extremely rude and I only had a simple question that I then had to go to drive thru where a nice lady working inside answered and helped me ms Higencia then tried to get a gentleman to escalate the situation when I only needed her name no way someone like that should work at a bank like Wells Fargo who prides themselves on customer perception this should not be acceptable

Went there yesterday to make a deposit. Walked in and stood in line, six people in front of me, two tellers helping customers. Waited 5-10 minutes and walked out. Only one person had moved up in line and several more behind me. It seemed as if the tellers were dealing with customers not really making deposits or withdrawals. One teller left the cage to speak with supervisor finally came back and still wasn’t finished with that customer. The other teller finally had a supervisor help and completed that transaction. The time was about 3:20p. Not rush hour and a Tuesday. Unacceptable!

Glad to see whatever prior isn’t happening anymore. Tyler was extremely helpful. Leigh is always pleasant. There was another woman there I didn’t get her name but she saved me an hours worth of work. Props to the staff for not following the people who were making it harder for us customers.

Samir Awadala is the worst. He came up to us asked what he could help with around 4pm, we informed him we were having trouble ordering a new card, instead of checking his computer or system he tried to say we had to call fraud and sign in to app and he said he had an appointment but was talking to us for about 10 minutes kept saying he couldn't help and said he had an appointment at 430 if that appointment didn't show up then he could help, i told him he could hav been helping us before his next appointment, and he said he couldnt because what we needed takes about 40 minutes mind you he didnt even try. The man was standing around doing nothing asking questions but not able to help for 30 minutes, his appointment didn't show up, rather then come assist he proceeded to ask more questions to others who just walked in, and offered to help another person with their app rather then help us like he said he would. The attitude on the man was not friendly at all, he seemed annoyed more then anything I was there with my hispanic mother who doesn't speak much English.NOE ISIDRO was amazing and willing to help. Thank you so much!

I went on Wednesday and there was only one hunt and she was the bossWhen I asked him why there was only one cashier he responded bluntly and told me if you want to complain you can do it online.Then I come back the next day and, unlucky for me, I find only one ATM again.And I ask why there is only one cashier to which he responds that we have another cashier that comes to work but we don't know at what time.Seriously, the service at that bank is bad, don't visit that bank because you're going to waste at least half an hour. The ATMs serve you poorly. I don't recommend going to that store. Unfortunately for me, it's what's closest to me. I hope they solve the problem.
