Worst bank experience ever went their Wednesday to make a wire transfer they say they would call me back in 1hr to make me know if everything went through nobody call me back an I have been calling them since then with no answer

Terrible customer service. ATM's steal cards and they do nothing about it. Make you wait for a replacement for over a week.

Bad attention! You arrive and they serve you very poorly... They say it's by appt but no one was being served and even so you had to wait more than an hour for the "appointments" when in reality there was no one... HORRIBLE!!!!

The lady upfront is telling everyone the appt goes first.. walk in at least an hour.

I made an appointment in wish I wanted nearly 3 weeks got to the bank at 9:50 no body came to check me and 10 mins pass 10 I recive a text telling that sorry I didn't make it. Then wanted 1 hours after eating know my opinion finally made the account now is 12:30 and still waiting to make my deposit since the one who opened the account don't do deposit.

The bank remodeled this location at the expense of short staffing the tellers. I waited an hour in line to withdraw money. There was literally 20 peolp in line. Either change banks or use a different location for business.

Ordered a certain amount of Yen for my trip to Japan, they didn't give me the right amount and the manager pretty much told me "there's nothing we can do for you".
Shame that you can't rely on people to do their job right and help accommodate when something isn't done right.

Bankers dont even bother picking up the phone. Called 20 times in a 3 hour span. Not one person picked up

Everytime I visit a Wells Fargo they have no respect for time nor any common courtesy. Better training for these senseless bank staff. Reminds me why I love credit unions

Lately customer service has deteriorated a lot. The notary today was rude and very rude, unprofessional. Last Saturday I was at another Wells Fargo and they gave me excellent notary service. I had a question but it was resolved instantly.
