Everytime I visit a Wells Fargo they have no respect for time nor any common courtesy. Better training for these senseless bank staff. Reminds me why I love credit unions

Just went though the drive though. 99% are friendly and polite. I just got the 1%. No hello … No Goodbye … No is there anything else. Seemed that I was bothering her at work

Horrible customer service needed help to make a wire transfer still had 45mins till closing and they said they can’t because they were about to close at 5 and they were not busy . I ended up going to another bank 10 minutes away and they were busy they had 10mins left till closing and they were more than welcome to help me . Disappointed in Wells Fargo

It's an amazing bank but always full of people I will give kudos to the lady with the tablet who tries to keep the line short!!!! The tellers are always respectful as well. The also have an amazing notary there which definitely works for us. just one critique get more tellers for when it's super busy not just 2 of them.

This is the worst Wells Fargo in Palm Beach County. The customer service is a "0". Please go elsewhere Americans. Every American in Palm Beach County should remove their accounts and bank with Citi or Truist as I am today.Nick, send me your full name and address and account number as well

The worst bank in pb County. Most of the time only one .They have more greeters and bankers doing nothing but no tell tellers put them behind the window when 5 customers are waiting in line

Slowest branch in Palm Beach county.Young lady working the front door directing people where to go is very very rude.The line is backed up because someone is trying to close two accounts and reopen a new account and get new bank cards through a teller. This should be done sitting at a desk with a bank associate.Meanwhile the line is all the way to the front door.

The experience at this place was horrible. They don't honor appointments. I had to wait 30 min after my appointment. And they have very poor organization in general. I don't recommend it at all.

I had some issues getting my new accounts set up online as my cellphone wasn't working so my husband and I went to this branch. Sagia went above and beyond to help us get everything set up. She even helped my husband set up his email on his phone. He was over the moon about that as he had been trying to do that and couldn't figure out how.

ATMs never seem to be accepting deposits. Customer service is lacking, the staff was condescending and pretentious.EDIT- While trying to deposit cash in the ATM I noticed the amount was lower than I expected so I hit return all items and they had tried to say I deposited $100 less than I put in. Imagine how many people have lost money because they didn't count how much they were putting in. This place is a terrible establishment and does not deserve your business. I will be closing my account and going to chase bank instead.
