No matter which branch you go to they have the worst customer service. Walked in nobody greets you, waited for assistance nobody approached me, I have to get up and find someone. I was told someone will come in at 9:30 am to help with a wire. Nobody showed up.

-- | Review of Wells Fargo Okee Blvd. & 441 | -- -- -- -- -- | Date of review: 1/5/2021 | -- -- -- -- Wells Fargo banks have always treated me with the utmost respect and exhibited top-tier hospitality and customer service at every single location that I have frequented. This particular location, on the northeastern corner of Okeechobee Blvd. & State Rd. 7(a.k.a. 441) has been serving me as a customer for at least the past 8-10 years. The employees and management are always well-presented in their business attire, and their personalities match with a genuine desire to assist all customers with respect and fairness. Today, the intent of my visit was to inquire about taking out a personal loan, to help me and my family get caught up on our rent. The gentleman who helped me was Gian. He actually assisted me with not only applying for the personal loan, but also with placing a "stop payment," and ordering a replacement debit card. They recommend that you schedule an appointment, instead of just walking in, so that you can guarantee you will be seen timely. You can either call to make an appointment, or you can do it through the "help option" on the Wells Fargo Banking App on your phone. Thank you Wells Fargo for always being there for me, and assisting with my financial needs. I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else! Mark M.

I have done business with Wells Fargo for over 2 decades. This branch is consistently one of the poorest run locations I can find in Palm Beach County. Whether it is ATMS that are out of service, or completely clueless account managers, this location has you covered. Last time I went here to open a commercial business account and walked out with another personal checking account...? This place is a sad joke.

Trash the whole building and staff. Their all slow as a snail and don’t care about people who have been waiting for long periods of time. Very inconsiderate to valuable customers. Just because your ready to go home does not mean you come up with sorry excuses to have people schedule an appointment. This is ludicrous and I’m thinking about going to Bank of America. I’m livid that I had to sit for 30 mins and at 5:40 I’m told that I can make an appointment versus someone assisting me because of my wait time. Never going back again. I don’t care if it’s last bank on earth.

It's a joke, trying to cash a check, signed by owner's wife, provided ID's, they cannot reach owner on the phone, but authorize signer (wife) who signed the check is available, still don't cash it, wasting our time. Check system, they're system is useless, saying protecting customer, haha, they don't give a D about customer, protecting themselves, keeping cash in, to make more money... wonder why never will have an account at wellsfargo...

The only reason I gave it four stars because I don't bank here. And some time last year the news reported they were holding customer's money. I don't know if it's true because it could have been fake news.

At least once a week, that I know of, the computers conveniently go down in the drive through. There's only 1 drive through teller and they've some how managed to withdraw money out of my account after I make a deposit. I've had to correct it twice with customer service. Update, make that 3 times a week! Same thing again this morning! Same exact excuse from bank employees. While I love Wells Fargo, I will be using a different branch from here on out. This branch is just useless.

I'm waiting in the drive thru line while people who came after me get help before me. Apparently because I don't have boobs Andres couldn't help me. Then I'm told by the teller that he didn't notice. Ok.Then try calling to speak to a manager but nobody ever answers the phone at this place. Ever. Seriously try calling them.
