I'm updating my review about my purchase that I made in June of this year. So the shoulder pillows have deflect in the 3 months time of receiving these pillows. I have reach out to the company to inform them of my experience of the pillows that I purchased. I haven't received any response to the text. The supposed to go back to it's original form and it now flat
I would like to take the time out to thank the company for compensating us on our order. Since we didn't the original order in a timely fashion Wesloft sent us the regular pillows and also we finally received our shoulder pillows. The lavender shoulder pillow are the best pillows that I had in a longer time. Thanks.

Excellent service and quality in each of the products they offer, I have bought everything from pillows, which they brought me back to the store because they are super soft and comfortable, to an Eclipse massage chair, which I love!!! Gabriela was very helpful in guiding me to choose the right product for me, I am very happy with my new massage chair!!

I bought 2 pillows and the said it’s was a great pillow to sleep it’s supposed to help you sleep better and all that but I didn’t sleep better I sleep very bad I had to get up in the middle of the night because my neck was hurting so much the pillow where to high and I went to the store to do a return and the didn’t want to do a return I try to talk to the manager on the phone and he hang up on me , he was so rude!!!! They were professional about the situation.

Hello Jason, I've been patiently waiting since July 27th when I went to wesloft the store in west palm beach and you confirmed that you would send the mattress and I still haven't received it nor have I heard from you since Aug when you once again confirmed I would receive it on Aug 29 and still nothing I have called and texted multiple times. When can I expect an answer?I put 1 star because there is no other option to put 0 but this experience was a complete scam.

This Store is a SCAM!!!! They false advertise their furnitur, what you see in stores is NOT what you receive in the delivery. i've been battling this company for 2 years now & they completely cut off all communications with me. Might i add that this company was once called "smart comfort" and also referred to. as "milo comfort" & because of terrible reviews and the same allegations being made against them in the reviews from people stating false advertisement as well, He had to shut down the company and now rebrand himself as "Wesloft". please do your research based on the information i provided in my review before getting scammed by this company.

Just bought a Helios Massage Chair from their new Coconut Creek location. We had the pleasure of working with Jason who was very knowledgeable and able to share of the features of the chair with us. The chair arrived yesterday and we LOVE it! Thank you Jason for assisting us with this purchase.

Terrible experience! We purchase a mattress along with my husband and have to say the mattress back in July 2022 and is excellent so far - no issues with it. The reason why I give a 1 star is because of their horrible customer service and deceiving sales practices. When we purchase the mattress, there Where some promotional items to come along with it. It’s been almost three months and some of those items never arrived and other items received were incorrect. My husband called their offices several times and wrote emails to their management team with no response from Wesloft. My previous review was also deleted.

Definitely the place to go for great quality furniture. My parents have purchased multiple times from here (ranging from sofas to bedroom furniture) as well, and customer service is excellent

welsoft is an excellent store with a lot of variety and great prices for furniture needs. Was very happy with their service and product. Delivery was very quick as promised got the table in a week. I would definitely recommend this place
