Exceptional Experience at West Palm Bikes!
I purchased a LECTRIC bike from West Palm Bikes about a month ago, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Tony had my bike professionally assembled and added customizations that perfectly suited my needs. The pricing was very fair, and the service was top-notch. Tony and his wife were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I also noticed them treating other customers with the same attentiveness and enthusiasm, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality service. I’ve already recommended West Palm Bikes to a friend and plan to bring more! If you’re in the market for a bike, I highly recommend this shop. I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Got into an accident first day I bought my bike. Seat was ruined apparently the warranty doesn’t cover accidents so be careful but he replaced the seat and checked the bike out free of charge. Thanks again

Tony is a real professional. He added the Tannus Armour tire liner for my electric bike. Now I can ride with confidence and not worry about flats. He carries the Vee replacement tires and they are awesome. -Marshall

Bought a Jupiter E bike made in the USA! Searched Amazon, saw the cheep bikes and delivery times then found West Palm Bikes on google. I went over, saw what I wanted and just like that, I had the bike, right there, super quick. 50+ miles on it now and it is great, thanks to Tony I got what I wanted and I feel at a great price.

Incredible service and great bikes! We’ve had our bikes for 6 months and they’ve been amazing. The owners of the shop are a married couple and will help you with whatever you need. We cannot recommend West Palm Bikes more. A+ local business to support.

Guy advertises, he works on all e. Bikes, bring my e bike over there. He doesn't work on my e. Bike he only works in the ones that he sells. Mark my words his business won't last long. Don't buy no bikes from him.Because you will be stuck with it when he goes bankrupt

My best experience at a Bike shop in Palm Beach County. Quality workmanship, and knowledgeable. I've had my wife's bike and mine repaired here on two separate occasions. Both times they were efficient and thorough. Won't go anywhere else and will be buying my next bike here.
