More than enough variety of any and everything you need when it comes to exotic animals. Obviously an establishment like this will have a smell to it which is the only reason why I did not provide 5 stars. Great place especially for live mice for snakes.

My only reason was -1 star is because fish tank supplies were a bit higher priced than Petsmart, Petco, Amazon. Etc — However, their fish selection is awesome and the prices can’t be beat! The staff is super helpful as well.

I was recommend this place as others said they had a lot of reptiles. Even before walking in you can smell it in the parking lot. They house very large exotics chickens in tiny wire cages. AC didn't seem to work as so hot that rabbits were panting and overheating. Small selection of reptiles, likely overeating as well. Bearded dragons need linear UVB, none had it. Essential for preventing bone disease. I personally wouldn't purchase from them but some of the reptiles seemed ok.

Wow such an awesome pet shop and the staff is amazing ? my 4 year old is obsessed with snakes ? and I am highly afraid of them. Well the people here let my son see two real life snakes and told my son all about them! And made his whole day! He Has been talking about it for hours on hours. I tried to tip him and he refused … because he didn’t have to take the time out to do that and was so polite and respectful just a great store all the way around! Highly recommend

Amazing places, but even more is the people who work there, family owned, very caring and helpful, all the owners generations have my gratitude but especially the Mr and the Mrs: they both help me to cure and keep healthy the bearded dragon of my kids. I will be back there forever. ??

Worst restaurant experience ever. They’ve got this Gandalf looking fella working at the take out window and he told me to shut up after I rang the service bell only 50 times. The menu is very limited and when they say “exotic” they mean it. I ordered one large rat and a side of 50 crickets. The rat was still alive, and not even cooked. And the crickets were bland. Needed salt. They do have a cool gift shop though it takes up most of the establishment. I ended up buying some sticks as a souvenir for my grandma out of state. She loves sticks. Anyway I will be back because their in house zoo is fun to look at and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

Great store! Great people! Great experience! I highly recommend! If you want to purchase a new pet at an affordable price, I recommend Wild Cargo Pets located in West Palm Beach off of Military Trail. Their selection includes fish, reptiles, small animals, birds, poultry and even some exotics. Just be sure to call them first and tell them exactly what you’re looking for. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful.

Definitely the coolest pet store we've seen! They have an impressive reptile and snakes with lots of tortoises and bearded dragons and other reptiles. They also have a lot of ferrets and rabbits and guinea pigs for adoption and axolotls and fish. And cute baby chickens! And lots of supplies for each.

While most of the other pets looked healthy and well enough (I do not know much about the other pets) the Axolotls are kept in abysmal conditions! The babies, which are probably too young to be adopted, were placed on gravel that was just a bit smaller then their heads, so they could easily choke! I even watched one get a pebble stuck in it’s mouth and struggle to spit it out, all while his back half was floating. Secondly, the babies are all kept together in one tank, so most of them were missing at LEAST one leg or gill. Axolotls are great regenerators, but this is not always a guarantee and letting them attack each other should be avoided! Most appalling, I saw an axolotl stuck in the filter! I let the aquarium attendant know and he did not say a word to me, barely nudged her away with his fingers, and then walked away. Only for her to get immediately stuck again! The adults were on a smaller gravel, but definitely also something you do not want to keep with them as they will swallow it and die. The adults also had extremely small gills and overall looked very stressed, and it was like around 10 of them in a 20 gallon, which is the MINIMUM size for ONE adult axolotl!! Obviously they raised those adults so they have been living at least a year in such conditions! It makes me wonder if the other pets were as well taken care of as they looked. And the prices are more expensive then reputable axolotl breeders who take amazing care of their little babies. If you are looking for an axolotl, find a reputable breeder online and order through them. You’ll be spending near $100 or more here for an animal that probably will not last you long. I feel so bad for these poor axolotls! :(

Good selection of products, helpful staff but the animals are too crowded in their confines. I understand it’s not their permanent situation but a lot of them are there for a long time with no where to hide (no lairs) in a 0 stimulating environment. They look sad and stressed.

The second generation owners of wild cargo have taken this business over the top they have knowledge they have experience and a love for what they do you could not get a better selection or a more knowledgeable staff. Owners and managers are all family. I've known this business for over 20 years, so happy that Aaron and Hillary have a thriving business as well as a lovely family and home life

My boyfriend and I walked in Wild Cargo to look at their snakes as we are looking at add another Slytherin to the family. Upon looking at the looking at their ball pythons, their selection is great, however the husbandry is poor, they have no hiding spots and most had little to no water. There are adult corn snakes in small containers that they only had enough room to coil. Those containers also had wet substrate & p*** which can cause respiratory issues. Their red tail boa had shed in their water bowl, which you could tell had been there for a while.I understand these enclosures are temporary housing for most of these animals, but they should definitely be held to a higher, more hygienic standard.

I called to see if they had a 20 gallon front opening tank in stock. The lady on the phone was grossly rude, refused to tell me what they had and told me “they have tanks that are front opening she doesn’t know what but I have to come in”. I explained I like 45 minutes away and that’s why I’m calling was to see if they were in stock. She said “well I don’t know we have tanks” and hung up on me. Id never give this place my money they’re beyond rude, and are zero help.
