Literally the worst cable and internet and cable company in the country. In the last two weeks I haven't had service for 5 days . It never fails with them. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company!!!!!!

Incredibly unprofessional- I went to this location to clear a charge off my account, which the phone rep made clear would not be charged, but was. The doorman was excellent. Then I worked with young rep who needed the manager's approval. Manager clears the charge, then comes over, after I THANKED him, to insult me and reprimand me for the charge. He stated he would never do it again and I need to pay attention going forward to their policy. I was so shocked, especially since it was Xfinity's fault. Then he walks over to the young rep and daps him up like he was getting points for putting me in my place. The young guy smirks at my shocked face and says, if you like how we serviced you, you can leave a review.... Well, I am. Just not a good one. Please file complaints if you are mistreated at this store. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll change the staff.

Went in to try for a lower bill only to find our I was being charged $25 a month more because I didn't have internet at home. I told the agent I was going to switch to another carrier if they didn't remove that. Said they could not.
I THEN WENT TO T MOBILE GOT $800 OFF A NEW PHONE AND A LOWER BILL.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!
