They did an oil change and left the cap loose. I lost the cap and all the oil. Engine locked and I lost a good car. They have good customer service but that was not enough for what the car was valued…

Dealer wanted 4800 to replace an ABs pump and four rotors and pads on a 2016 Tucson which is on a national recall and said it would be 6 weeks before they could get to it and wouldn’t give us a loaner. We came here across the street and had all parts replaced and serviced in less then two days for about 1600.00. I’ve since brought 3 company fleet trucks for service they are cheaper then the dealer use dealer parts if requested and usually done same day service. I would recommend

You often don't know what you're getting when you pull into an autoshop. Are they going to make up things that don't need fixing? Are they going to financially take advantage of me? I'm happy to share that Brake World does not. I called on a Monday, they said to come in to have alI 4 breaks inspected and replaced (my Break light was on in my car already). It all went very smoothly and they gave me a heads up in advance before beginning some work I wasn't expecting. Very honest, fast and overall just a pleasant experience. As pleasant as waiting to get your breaks replaced can be, at least.

I took my car here after Lehman Service charged me lots of money and returned my car in the same condition as when I left it: not fixed.These guys are great. My car is a challenge because it is by a 2011 Elantra Touring GLS Standard Transmission... A stick shift!!They had it for two days, diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road.The price was VERY reasonable too!!Thumbs up ????

Friendly staff and quick turnaround. I got a quote from another named brand auto shop and they were twice as much for brakes and rotors. So I would say price was very good.

Went in for an oil change and one of the guys was extremely disrespectful. I asked him a question and he goes “now you’re going to have to wait an extra hour because of that question”. Lol, Alright bud I’ll go to the 1000 shops around here
