I went there today to get service for my car to have my Tire change they was unable to get one of the nuts off of the Tire and told me they will have to break it to get it off. I went two blocks down the road to another tire place. They got the nut off within two seconds. I’ll Never go here again ✌️😒

I walked down 441 from 191 and no one would go below 60, but I told them I only had 50$ for a used tire and Ely 2 was the only guys willing to work with me

They sold me a bad tire with dry rot and then he try to intimidate by having his gun out like we all DNT have guns DNT ever come to this place

I had a flat tire, and I didn't have a spare. I needed to go somewhere close to me. I googled for the nearest shop to fix my tire. I went to Ely's Tire. When I pulled up, there was a man waiting and showing me where to park. He looked at the tire and asked if I wanted a used tire or a new one. I purchased a really good used tire at a price lower than I thought. I was out less than 25 minutes. The was very helpful and polite, all staff were. I will be back to replace all four tires for new ones. Great service.

We got our truck tires changed here right before we left on vacation on a road trip with our whole family. On the way there the car started shaking and wobbling to the sides so we pulled over to check out what was going on, we were in disbelief when 10 bolts/nuts came off from 3 tires, our family was put at risk due to this lazy unprofessional work, the bolts were never fastened. We went back to Elys tires and gave them a chance to fix their horrible work or reimburse us, they refused to do both and cussed at us…They are lucky I don’t sue them for the potential accident there horrible work could have caused!!!

I came in to inquire about 4 tires.. I drive a 2014 Toyota Corolla. They fixed they lips to tell me its $125.00 per used tire. Are you outta your mind??..

I had flown down to Miami to go and buy myself a clean rust free car as I am from Indiana and cars like to rust there. The car I had flown in to get had rear tires which were bad on it. It's a bit of an odd import car and as a result uses oddball sized tires. This was a Sunday and not many people were open and those that were open didn't have the tire size I wanted. I called around and after calling Ely's tires they confirmed they had the tire size I wanted. I went in and pulled into their lot, after talking to their worker I confirmed they had the tire size I wanted and then after walking to the back presented me with 2 mismatched tires which after a brief inspection appeared to have plenty of tread. They were $85 a piece which was a bit overpriced but I was willing to pay it especially since they were the only ones that had the tires I wanted. For some reason they were also coated in loads of tire shine or some sort of degreaser too. Install was pretty quick and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Once I got on the highway I could tell that something was wrong with these tires as they were vibrating like crazy. I assumed they just hadn't bothered to balance them. Anyways less than 2 hours after leaving their shop one of the tires they sold me exploded on the highway while I was doing 70 mph. I almost lost control of the car but luckily managed to get it to the side of the road. I got the spare on and managed to limp it to the nearest tire shop which happened to be a Walmart. After showing the blown tire to the shop tech there he took a look at the date codes in the tires Elys had sold me and told me they were from 2004 and 2005. Also they had pretty crazy amount of hidden dry rot which explains why the tire was covered in degreaser/tire shine as it hid a lot of the rot. So long story short Elys tires sold me overpriced almost 20 year old tires with dry rot that that didn't even last 100 miles. This company is run by a bunch of crooks that have no regard for the safety or well being of their customers and will actively try to screw you over.

I brought my wheels off my other car and brought my own tires to get changed out. I caught the owners leaning on my car and told him not to. after I paid and got my service complete, he told me not to come back.

Absolutely love this tire shop, been coming for close to two years and have not once had any issues. Their prices are cheap and their tires are always in great condition, the techs that work there are always super nice and seem to like their jobs a lot, and also do a great job. Definitely recommend.

Terrible! Experience i will never go there again. I brought a used tire from there and the next day I have a blow out. I went there the next day and nothing was resolved I had to buy a whole new tire
