DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I brought my car in for a no-start issue. They kept my car for 2 weeks and changed multiple parts without consulting with me. They charged me over 1000$ in labor and parts in the end. Literally the day after I got back the car I got the same issue. I decided to take my car to the dealership to get it diagnosed. The dealer told me that I had a blown head gasket. I took the car back to these guys because they promised to give a discounted price on the head gasket job since they misdiagnosed my car before. They quoted around 1100$ for the head gasket job but charged me 1600$ in the end. They listed a bunch of additional parts they had changed without my authorization when I asked why the price was so high. When I got back my car my idle was extremely high, they said that it would go down in a few weeks. I took the car to another shop to get a second opinion on this since it did not make sense. I found out that while they were doing the head gasket job they damaged my intake gasket and other seals in my engine which caused the high idle. I was also informed that they did not do the head gasket job correctly since my coolant system was still being pressurized. I was literally forced to sell my car after taking it to these guys. No other shop wanted to try to fix it either because these guys messed up multiple internal engine components when they did the head gasket job. On top of all this, they charged me OEM prices for all of the parts but used cheap no-name used parts which failed in less than a week.

I have to find a new shop. I don’t know if Calvin is still here but place was sketchy. I was priced $110 for a full Synthetic oil change but if I wanted could get a “regular oil” for my car for $80.. I had to walk away from that mess.

Calvin, the owner misdiagnosed my car several times, let my car sit for a day without fixing any of the issues I had. He lied and told me it was the transmission, and when I took the car to a transmission specialist, they told me the transmission was fine. When I confronted Calvin the next day, he was beligerent, yelling, and told me that he purposely lied about my car because he didn't like me. Do not recommend!

I took my car for an oil leak and there was a noise coming from the Engine Also I requested to My radiator tubes checked I received my car .After driving for about three days I noticed My car is leaking. I went to the Owner and reported Couple days after my radiator hose came off my car and I now have to Tow my car to their shop of which I think I shouldn't have done Due to the fact . They still can't fix the oil leak I wish he had told me they can't fix my car each time I take my car there it returns with a different problem . My car is still leaking oil Now I have find someone to fix this knowing my car is still under Warranty The Owner told my after I complained about the car still leaking oil he said it's the oil control sensor That's needs to change I called BMW and ask what it does I was told it measures the oil Level I'm stuck with my car oil leak
