Felipe spent about 45 minutes with me—no rush, no pressure at all. He allowed me to test multiple mattresses and took the time to thoroughly educate me on each option in the store. His knowledge was impressive, and his recommendations were thoughtful and aligned with my needs. I never felt judged or pushed to buy.
I didn’t purchase that same day. Felipe gave me his number and let me know he would be at the Hallandale location the next day and mentioned there might be a few additional options to explore.
