My doodles used to fear going to other groomers, but when I drop them off at The Pet Club they are so quick to run to the groomers which leaves me so at peace knowing they are loved and in good hands. “I needed to find a new groomer because my previous one became pregnant and could no longer lift my large Golden Doodle. I was initially nervous about finding a replacement because you get accustomed to the way your groomer takes care of your dog. However, I decided to give La Bone Pet Spa a try, and I'm so glad I did.My first appointment was with Margareth, and she did such an amazing job that I immediately rebooked for the next visit. I've now taken my dog to La Bone three times, and each experience has been better than the last. Margareth is not only a talented groomer but also very responsive. When I had a question between appointments, she quickly got back to me and even encouraged me to stop by if I needed anything between grooming sessions.I highly recommend Margareth at La Bone Pet Spa. “I came in and I ask an employee where the mix flock feeds, and she just points at some guy behind the counter. I walk over to him, who points me right back to her, bc the feed is right next to her. So I have to walk all the way back over to her. And while it's a small store, it's kind of besides the fact. No one likes being made to walk back and forth when it's unnecessary, add to that that I have skeletal muscular problems, I don't want to do any unnecessary labor that I'm not being paid for. I get everyone needs a job regardless of their linguistic capabilities, but at the very least either make your inventory obvious to the customer base OR have an English speaking employee on the floor. I am already paying for the product,I shouldn't have to work for it too.
Other than the lack of customer service, their prices seem to be reasonable anf their store seems clean. Although I've only been here the one time so far, and for the one item only. I will be back since the prices seem reasonable.”

“I was so happy to find this place. They took very good care of my Frenchie, gave him lots of love and attention, and gave him a complimentary bath just before pickup. This place is not like other boarding facilities, where the staff leaves at 5pm, and then leave the dogs overnight unsupervised. They provide 24-hr supervised care, and the staff there are all animal lovers and love what they do. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to keep your fur baby while you are away.”

“I have use RFM for almost 2 years now and have very good service and high quality products. Surprisingly, the last few orders of rabbit, bison, pork and beef lung have been arriving especially fatty and this last order today was the worst it’s been. It’s to the point that I am needing to cut off or discard quite a bit of product in order to have something good to feed. It’s surprising to me. I know these are domestically fed animals, so it’s never going to be meat as lean as wild prey, but I’m not sure why the meat is getting more fatty than in the past? It’s still a high quality product with excellent serve, but the fat is becoming a challenge. Thanks.”
