“I can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair.
Before bringing it in, my Bronco was hesitant when changing gears, had a noticeable delay shifting into reverse, and didn’t feel smooth—especially on a cold start. After the replacement, it drives like a brand new vehicle again. The shifting is smooth and precise, reverse engages instantly, and there’s zero hesitation even first thing in the morning. “I booked the tow truck the night before. John, who took my call was kind enough to schedule a timely pickup and the price was very fair. I had called other towing companies whose prices were insane. That said, Charlie, the tow truck driver came earlier than the time he was supposed to be here. A very nice gentleman, who was pleasant and very kind. He got the car hooked up and we rode off as I had to get the car back after it got fixed. The trip to the shop was pleasant as both of us had a very nice conversation on the way.
