“Can you give 0 stars and 5 stars in one review? There is a particular female employee in this pharmacy named Tran who needs an attitude adjustment. Every time I see her working I want to leave and come back later. Never friendly, never greets you. I had to deal with her over the phone and that made me have to write in. After making it through CVS's annoying auto-answer process which makes it so hard to get to a pharmacist - believe me, I use the app, check it carefully - I ONLY call if I need help or can't understand, need to ask questions or need help. She barely listened, was in a rush to get me off the phone, clearly not listening and no effort to understand what I need. When I asked to speak with someone else she put me on "hold" but the music quickly stop so she pretty much hung up on me. Got through the auto-answer nonsense and got someone nice who took the time to answer my questions. If she is good at other parts of her job, just put her somewhere in the back where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Tired of her negative energy when I just need to get my medications.”

“I went in for a pack of gum and I went out with a whole new perspective on existence. Winn Dixie and I are BFFs, I am a proud loyalty member. I don't need the bells and whistles but this store has the bells and whistles. It is more Disney World, less grocery store. And even though I love my Winn Dixie as stripped and simple as it usually is this was a whole lot of fun.
