The worst haircut I've ever gotten. After a rough week, I was really looking forward to feeling nice and refreshed by getting my hair cleaned up. I have a very simple haircut and very easy hair to work worth. Specified how much I wanted off, and the first thing the hairdresser did was cut over double the length off in a straight line across my forehead. ????? Immediately went to a different location afterwards to see if there was anything they could do and maybe recommend some products so that I could attempt to salavge it. Impossible to do since it was cut so short and haphazardly. Made my hard week so much worse 😁👍👍👍👍!!! Been a customer of greatclips for years and now i will never return.

Dawn, is absolutely an amazing hairstylist. I have seen her numerous times now that I have moved into Westchase. She takes her time and makes sure that before you leave her chair, you hair is exactly what you were looking for. A definite 10/10

Dawn was an excellent hairstylist. She really listened to what I had to say, and executed perfectly one of my favorite haircuts that I've ever received from ANYWHERE!!! This is my new haircut home and I will spread the word!

I had a frustrating experience at Great Clips in Westchase, Tampa, and felt compelled to share. While I had no issues with the haircuts themselves, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employees were rude and seemed to lack any basic people skills.
I’ve visited this location three times, hoping for improvement, but each time was worse than the last. As a business owner myself for over 40 years, I know how crucial proper customer service is. It’s not just about cutting hair; it’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The owner should be ashamed of the staff’s behavior. Employees must be trained to treat customers with respect, even when tensions run high. I won’t be returning, and I hope they address this serious issue.

Today my kids went for hair cut at this location and I regret my decision for going to this location as the Asian Lady and another Lady don’t understand the language and both my kids now have barely any hair left on their Head as I explained clearly and show them the picture of hair cut too and now my kids with no hair style looking almost bald and they have to attend School like that and one of my kid had a cut on his ear too Please save your time and money for not going to this location..

YAMI is awesome she took me late right before closing time with a smile and I must mention a perfect hair cut ? I asked Dawn to make my hair look just like a celebrity's and she did. She is awesome and I can’t wait for my hair to grow back and I can get it cut from her beautiful hands. She told me that she’s been there about a year and I hope she never leaves. TELL EM BIG AL SENT YA!
