We entered the store and there was an AT&T sales associate assisting a customer with the purchase of an Apple Watch. At no point did she greet us or stop to offer assistance after finishing with the previous customer. We waited for 30 minutes, and when we left, she didn’t even say goodbye or acknowledge us. The service at this store is terrible, and honestly, I would rather use another phone company — AT&T is awful.

I came to this store today, May 29th, at 5 pm, and the service was superb. Excellent service and proactive attitude from everyone, especially Samuel.

They scammed my boyfriend.
He was told that he could get an $850 credit for his iPhone with no contingencies. He then proceeded to go through the entire process of trading at the iPhone and getting the new one with NO ONE LOOKING AT HIS PHONE and the guy continuing to insist upon the credit.
Then when he went to turn the new one in, they said you only get $350 from this when in the initial meeting no one had looked at his phone or told him that there would be any problems with trading it in. He said that ok never mind I’ll return the new phone and then was told that there would be a $55 restocking fee for THEM messing up.
Extremely scummy business practices DO NOT GO HERE

It was great experience of customer service at this store. The manager of the store Mr Lennerd is really awesome in his customer support. I visited the store to seek help on a complex issue I encountered with an order that was made in a different store couple of months back and Mr Lennerd was very helpful and spent almost one and half hr with the online customer care to get my issue resolved. He finally could get the positive outcome I was looking for and really recommend him and the store for all fellow customers. Thank you Me.Lennerd!
