Went in shortly after opening. Arlet was the only person working and she was helping a customer, she said she'd be right with me. Few minutes later she helped me fix a problem ATT caused. I didn't have any cell service so she helped me call ATT with the landline and guided me through the process. Thank you Arlet!!! You're the best!!!

Went in to upgrade my phone before a trip to have the best camera quality possible - I explained this to the girls working when I walked in. Immediately they tried to sell me on the newest phone which I opted into. I regret this decision so much. The front camera takes AWFUL photos and intensifies & darkens the photo essentially aging you by at least 5 years. I upgraded my phone for the sole purpose of improving my camera quality however I've done the exact opposite. My iPhone11 took better images than the iPhone 15. I wish the girls had been honest with me about customer feedback as this is the #1 complaint of the iPhone 15 if you do a simple google search. I even had my 14 year old step daughter take a selfie & she agreed the photo did not depict what she looked like & the photo looked grainy & dark. When I brought the phone back to return/exchange the girl working pretty much laughed in my face about the reason of my dissatisfaction & said her ex never had that problem. She also was unable to restore my old iPhone 11 because somehow in the week I had the phone I miraculously went over the amount of storage (interesting....). Very poor customer service.

Arlet was amazing she sat with me and my wife and helped us through a problem that took 2 hours. She put in thought and effort in representing an AT&T customer. She was able to solve our problem where corporate and another store in Weston was not able to. Fantastic customer service and I will recommend this store going forward

I came to this Weston location and even though she was already working with a customer was immediately greeted by Royce. I came in to upgrade my watch and after waiting only a few minutes she was able to quickly and effectively execute this transaction and I wound up additionally upgrading my iPhone. It was a pleasure working with her ... she's upbeat, knowledgeable and efficient

Best customer service in Weston. We always go to this store for all our wireless purchases and plan updates. Efren was very helpful and detailed with our new plan. He also helped us reset our phone for the new updates. The manager was amazing!! I always recommend this store for all your phone services.

Hands down the best experience ever. Royce was very very good at getting me exactly what i needed. She has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to The products, she was very nice and very fast, great at multitasking . Had me in and out if you need friendly fast and great service go see Royce @ the Weston store.

Frank and Kevin were less than helpful, argued about a return (unopened with original receipt). There is no return policy posted on the receipt and had to be pull from being behind the cash register - not visible to customers - period. I spent over $100 on accessories here but never again. You're better off ordering from Amazon: quicker, easy returns/exchanges.
