I went to this location to make a same day wire transfer, and the process was a bit complicated, however the manager went out of his way to make sure that it was done correctly, also even though there were other people, he did the best to take care of my needs as quickly as possible, thank you so much.

Horrible bank. No drive thru. Setup an account and provided them the info on my DBA and they failed to include it in setting up my account. Now im sitting on a bunch of checks I can't deposit

I have banked with BOA for well over 20 years. I have established a relationship with some of the staff at this location. I have always believed you get treated in the same way you treat people. On rare occasions this does not work, a wise man once told me never waste time with Tenderfoots always go to the Eagle Scouts! Fortunately I have always with no exception received excellent service at this branch. BOA is changing and they are becoming less customer friendly with various new policies and changes. No more drive thru banking, you need appointments for most anything over a deposit or withdrawal and staffing is being cut etc...This is not the branches fault its corporates fault. While I do not agree with these changes, I have learned to go with the flow and if I need something I make an appointment.

One teller working the counter on a Monday at 11:45am. Rediculous. Drive up window unavailable for that reason. To top it off a customer brings her friend to the front of the line for service and the teller did nothing but serve the person who skipped while I waited.

I've been to this location four times and all four times I've been rejected to deposit a check. These people don't know their own rules. This week I went to deposit a pretty big check from an insurance claim settlement. The teller had no idea what do with it. My mortgage company (which is another bank) had endorsed the check already, the teller told me that I needed to get another stamp to certify that their original endorsement was official. I told them this wasn't necessary because on a previous occasion when I needed this to happen in wasn't necessary. She took me to see the manager, the manager didn't even stand up to greet me, she said I needed to get it certified or I couldn't do anything. I said, just run the check if it bounces it bounces. She declined my request and told me to not tell her how to run her business. I said how come every time I come into this branch its always an issue, she said 'maybe every time you come into this branch you don't bring the required documents'. I left, from the parking lot opened my mobile app, tried e-deposit and in about 10 hours the funds were available.
