Bonaventure Town Center Club is a multipurpose recreational center and a venue for presentations and concerts, described as a great place to raise a family or hang out on weekends. The community is noted as quiet and friendly. The gym is good, kept very clean, with staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Some facilities are clean and pleasant. However, other areas are criticized as looking very dated, old, ugly, and depressing, with mentions of a dirty sauna room and a large pool that has had major issues but is being repaired. There is a feeling the place needs an overhaul. Some members mention new fees and yearly dues over $300. A policy limiting guests to four people is noted as a negative. Recent leadership has led to claims of immense improvement.
Great Club for Bonaventure Residents. My son, who is in college, joined for a very reasonable annual fee and enjoys the gym, pool and basketball court

Quick and easy!! It took me half hour to drive there from my house, get my tag, and drive back home. Love it. So convenient, pleasant atmosphere and friendly agents. PS. I live in the Ridges by the library on Bonaventure.
