For me I had a good experience, my appointment was for 8:00 am, I arrived around 6:00 am and I was able to download the man, who was most attentive and fast.

Terrible place to download, nobody here feels like doing their job. Even if you arrive at the apoittmen time, they will sometimes make you wait more than 2 hours. A lack of respect. I lost my other pickup because of a party they had here, which I've never seen before. First they finish the party and then they unload you. So many people wanting to work and without work, and these people do not value theirs.

Worst place to work.. They treat you like a slave. Horrible supervisors and managers that they have no idea how to run a business. And not qualify.Whatsoever in any training. And also discrimination. To they're employees.

Very slow. APPT was for 5:15am took two plus hours to unload me. Manager said it would only take 30min. Normally I would have been patient however I had a flight to catch. But as the reviews are stated, this place is very slow even when you are on time. Backing is really easy. I don’t recommend coming here if you trying to leave out quickly. No overnight parking just a drive way with a gated fence. No driver room.

The manager there is a LAME ass here name is { LUNA} you get there at your appointment time to unload then they make you wait what the hell is up with that hrs to unload then the give a lame ass excuse how they are short staff. well hire more people, don't have drivers breaking their necks to get to the appointment time then you have to wait . they no consideration for other people just a bunch a selfish bastards....
