My wife and I went over to this branch to open up a joint bank account which should have been a fairly simple process since we had all of our prerequisites with us. Jocelyn, the person who was supposed to help us had a problem with our mail having a comma between mine and my wife’s name even though clearly it was our names and we had id’s to prove it. For some reason she wanted to make a bigger deal than what it was and turned us away saying that it was a security issue and that it would need to be fixed. We went to our utilities bill office literally right after and had them print out a confirmation bill with our names on it and went back to the bank and she still wouldn’t accept it, she wouldn’t even meet with us to speak with us directly. As a result we scheduled an appointment with another chase bank down the road and it wasn’t a problem opening one at all. She wasted our time trying to be difficult and I would advise finding another banker if you have any appointments with Jocelyn.

ATM is never working. terrible customer service at this point just close the branch completely useless.

Terrible service on behalf of the manager, made an appointment at the bank for 3pm and they simply decide to cancel because they need a re-confirmation of the appointment made the same day, incredibly rude and unprofessional, this urgently needs new management and personal, is the worst sucursal I’ve visited so far, complete disappointment

Be careful!! alert, danger foreigners, the bank chase ATM machines are from another company and no one is responsible for the money you withdraw through them from your country of origin, they discount your bank of origin but the ATM DOES NOT DELIVER THE MONEY. It only gives you a receipt where they confirm that YOUR MONEY WAS NOT DELIVERED IN CASH OR DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH YOU CALL AND COMPLAINE, BECAUSE THE MONEY did not leave the chase bank and the receipt that the machine gives you the company that manages these maquinas DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WITH A RECEIPT IN HAND WHERE THE MACHINE CONFIRMS THAT I DID NOT DELIVERY THE MONEY.

I think Chase is one of the best and unique banks now a days. I had a really nice expirence, was running late last Friday and arrived at the branch at 5:05 pm I thought they were close allready. But surprisingly still open!! They were supposed to close at 5 pm. So who gives an extra 5 or 10 minutes after closing hours deserves 6 stars ????

If I could give zero I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced with any bank. My account was a victim of fraud and they have frozen my funds for six weeks with no notification or any information. They will sure take my money but won't let me take any out. The lack of respect, or even compassion for their customers is disgusting! Take your money and run to another bank!

Horrible customer service. I received a check from Chase Bank for a mortgage overpay. I went to the local branch to CASH the check from them, and they said that I would have to pay $10 to cash a check that they sent to me. What are they thinking???!!!

Waited in line to open a new account to start doing business with chase but from what it looked like a previous customer walked in. Walked right up in front and said hello to one of the tellers. The teller told the man to give them a second that they would be right with him. He then processed to get in line behind me. A couple minutes later they called his name and he went around me and started talking to the teller. Extremely unprofessional even if he was there best account. Lost my business

We made the appt with Paulino Fernández for a new business account. When we arrived, Paulino was not there. Nobody called me, nothing. After 20 minutes waiting, they told I have to wait another 45 minutes because the only representative was busy! What a loss of my time

Multi accounts with them, Notary is a joke, let you wait, and not do the advertised serviced, end up going to Bank of America.

I can't ask for anything more. This service was quick an efficient. I pulled up to the drive thru and noticed there was no cars waiting. This made my process a lot faster. The attendant was polite and efficient. Chase makes depositing money so so easy these days.

Been going to this location for the past few months, it's sort of the same like the Bank Of America nearby here. All atms at any chase bank, have limitations which inconvenient! There's only two nice people here. Daniel and his manager!
